The problem was not solved, so Mark suggested another part, a water valve, for which we paid an additional $118. That did not work. Giving up, we bought a new washer. Mark retrieved his new parts; the total parts refund we were due was $378. I pursued Mark by telephone and emails. He assured me that he was "waiting for a box the right size to send the controls back to the manufacturer" and I would have a check in a week. I wrote two emails to him to follow up. Crickets. It is now August of 2026.

After a month and a half of no part and various excuses related to health of a family member, I requested a refund. Communication was difficult throughout. After pressing for my money, I was told a refund check was mailed on Feb. 25. I waited seven days, but no check arrived. When I followed up, Mr. Atkinson offered to "stop payment" and bring a check. Based on the pattern of behavior, I informed him I would only accept cash. Provided a partial refund because he decided to keep the diagnosis fee. Would not recommend.

He recommended that I go immediately, like today and purchase another refrigerator as this one (only five years old) was not going to last much longer. He created a great sense of urgency for only being in our home for 15 min. After encouraging me THREE times to be sure that company who delivered new refrigerator hauled the other one off, I decided to keep it and have it checked again by another service. Come to find out, it only needed a fan @ $230. It seems all Mr. Peavy was interested in was the $235 he charged for being here 15 min. He also called when he was on the way to let me know what time to expect him. He came out the same day for my emergency and spent the whole day fixing the problem. He was honest, forthright, and very easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and came up with ideas to fix the problem so that it wouldn't be a recurring issue. He was also up front about the cost and told me exactly what he was doing. I like strong communication when I am having work done at my house and Kolton provided that. I also like when people show up when they say they will and fix things properly. He did an excellent job and I will be saving the company number in my phone for future repairs.

My Airbnb hired them to do a starlink install and they never completed the job after multiple weeks. It is still not working and the owner just ignores any requests made to him. When speaking to him he acts professional and all that but then sends inexperienced helpers out to do the work. When it doesn't work or there are problems he just blames Starlink and isn't willing to support the service you paid him for.
