To their credit, they refunded that amount after I brought it to their attention but I think they did it because they were CAUGHT. However, the same technician also quoted me ~$8,000.00 to replace my well pump. I just had it replaced by another company for right at $4,000.00 -- exactly HALF the price. They quoted me DOUBLE what it actually costs. When I reported the overcharge, I was told the technician would be written up. He was only written up because he got CAUGHT. I have no doubt this kind of pricing is widespread across this company. Do NOT use All About Plumbing. I'll also be saving documentation of all of this. Just know that these things get out, and sometimes companies get sued out of business for STEALING from people.
