We agreed that they would come back another time to make some changes. Yesterday Mike was back and did a great job. He communicated with us through the process to be sure everyone was on the same page and got the job done quicker than expected. Very pleased with Mike and Amerigas!

I went online to schedule a delivery and the soonest I could get it was 8 days. I can get a personalized t-shirt from China faster than they can deliver gas a few miles. So I called up the 800 number and was told that because my house is in Vermont the normal customer service people can't help me--I need to speak a special Vermont office. Except the office isn't open. But she explained to me what to do the following AM. She said, I could get a no extra cost" expedited delivery" in 2 or so days. So I called the Vermont office on Monday AM. And, I was given an entirely different story. Kong story short, despite having been a customer going on 25 years, they were perfectly happy to let me run out of gas unless I paid an additional $300 for an emergency delivery. What a racket. Do not use them. Do not allow yourself to be dependent on them.
