Amerigas sent up Mike, a Service Tech who talked through the options of simply turning the propane back on as everything was which could have been detrimental to our health and camp or making some changes that truly wouldn't affect our use for camp based on other power decisions we had recently made. We agreed that they would come back another time to make some changes. Yesterday Mike was back and did a great job. He communicated with us through the process to be sure everyone was on the same page and got the job done quicker than expected. Very pleased with Mike and Amerigas!

I smelled tell-tale the "gas" smell and was worried ( never having had it happen before). When I figured out that I'd run out, I called Amerigas in Rutland. They had someone here promptly who also checked my lines to make sure that there was no leak. He also tested the stove. I don't make the company rich on the little bit of propane I use, but I always get good and friendly service.

First review: After 10 years of having Cota & Cota as my oil/propane provider, I cancelled my account with them and will be taking my business elsewhere. I had a maddeningly, frustrating call with one of their service desk staff (who I will not publicly name) who interrupted, spoke over me, and mansplained. When I called this gentleman out for his behavior, he 'let' me speak. When I finished speaking, he then said "Can I talk now?" So was told on Tuesday 7/16/2024 that somehow the order went through the West Lebanon , NH UHaul - spoke to them was going to overnight it to Rutland - well , it now is 7/19/2024 - never had I received a call - still no hitch and the owner in Rutland was absolutely useless to help - have tried to call the West Lebanon uHaul - can't seem to get the phone answered ! Strike two: The ladder was simply plastic bagged with no padding, no box. It was shoddy packing and when the UPS driver dropped it off, a leg was hanging out clearly damaged from being thrown around or dragged. The driver even mentioned how poorly is was packed.
