Paid my year rental fee of $120.00 per year. Quit them in July. Was told they would send me a refund for the balance of the year rental. I never received, so I called today. Now they say they don't return rental fee's unless you sell your house. We no longer have propane heat in the house. They people are just stealing my money. I paid in good faith.
