After their inspection, they marked a spot under my concrete slab and stated that the leak was located there. Based on their findings, my plumbing company spent an entire day cutting through and removing a section of the slab, which cost me thousands of dollars. After the slab was opened, it became clear that there was no leak in the location Arkansas Leak Detection had identified. The actual leak was more than 20 feet away from the spot they marked. I contacted Arkansas Leak Detection to discuss the issue and seek a resolution. I was told that the owner would call me back, but I never received a return call. Over the following weeks, I made several additional attempts to contact the company regarding a refund or at least a discussion about what happened. Unfortunately, neither the owner nor anyone else from the company ever followed up with me. My experience was extremely disappointing. The inaccurate leak location resulted in significant unnecessary expense, and the complete lack of communication afterward demonstrated very poor customer service.
