Then we parked curbside and waited. And waited. And waited. Never got the notice it was ready, so I went into the app to check the status and it said curbside pickup was until 6 PM. I wasn't told that when I ordered, but okay. Not the store's fault, I guess. So the next day I'm waiting on the notice that it's ready for pickup. And I'm waiting. And waiting. And waiting. I finally get a notice about midday that one item was out of stock and I'd get a refund. Okay, so back to waiting for the rest. I wait. And wait. And wait some more. And finally 24 hours after the initial order I give up and cancel. What happened to it being ready in two hours? And how does two hours become over 24?? I'm so furious. I would have just gotten them all in store if they hadn't been heavier items that we needed help loading into the car because I have a hernia and my husband had spinal fusion surgery and neither of us can lift much. I definitely would never recommend ordering pickup from this location and I'll just go to Lowe's from now on.

He walks around my house and after about 10 minutes leaves. In the meantime I called Ferrellgas and apologized to the lady I spoke with about them making a dry run. She said no worries it must have been a glitch in the system. On 1/17/25 I get a bill for $80.63, for a delivery charge and tax. I called and after a 23 minute hold was told it would have to go to a manager and one would call. Have not heard from anyone. Guess I won't be doing business with them.

Again, I reached out, had to talk to a remote call center, was told a delivery is scheduled for 01/27/25. Why was my order not put at the top of the list since my order was placed on 01/03/25????? Poor, pitiful, customer service. I guess my LONG tenure with this company has been for naught. They have caused significant damage including to my sprinkler system and I can't talk to anyone at the company. It's virtually impossible to reach anyone locally. I have been assured time and again by their CS dept., when I can understand them, that I would be receiving a call but one has never come. I am taking my business to Ferrell Gas which I can call and talk to someone right in their offices.

We had to stop multiple times on our trip to get this fixed and even stopped at a UHaul in TN to have the hitch replaced. The UHaul in TN told us that our set up was incredibly dangerous and could've caused the trailer to disconnect on the highway. I raised this issue with David and he refused to take responsibility. When I arrived there were three employees near the front door but none offered to assist me. I found the handles and took them to the register. The cashier rang them up and said $70+. I mentioned they showed on the website for $22. She said I had the wrong handles but did not offer any assistance in finding the right ones. She asked I look them up on my phone and provide her the product number which I thought was strange as a computer terminal was in front of her. Another employee came to my assistance and found the right handles albeit for $2 more than shown on the website. At this point I just wanted the handles and to get out of there so I didn't quibble and paid. The cashier was quite unfriendly and displayed a "you're bothering me" attitude followed with "take it or leave it, I don't really care". I live in west Little Rock and had driven downtown specifically for the handles. I try to make purchases at locally owned businesses whenever possible. Needless to say, I won't return to Besser. If I want to be ignored and unappreciated as a customer I can just go to Home Depot or Lowes much closer to my home.
