They refused to do anything and pretty much gave me the "so, what do you want us to do about it" followed up with "we already fixed it". They told me that since I signed the paperwork to pick my truck up that there was nothing wrong with it and they would do nothing. I wasted time trying to get something done and got nowhere. It's pretty messed up that they can do that but they don't care about customers and know that they can get away with it.

This company immediately almost doubled their price and took advantage of my retired mother that has little experience handling these types of issues. These people are running a bait and switch tactic and cannot be trusted. If I had been in town at that time, they would not have gotten our business. I hope others do not fall victim to their poor business ethics.
