Over all this took a month, cause for the quote it took the young man a week to reach out to me, but I called back a week later to ask for the quote prices and he still didn't have the prices, so that got me skeptical. Confirmed everything over the phone and get here and nothing has arrived. Our neighbor came here and he was upset cause he too had an appointment and his tires wasn't here after even after making an appointment and making adjustments to go to a funeral. He was very upset. So I finally got the phone call that parts has arrived and got everything installed and it's nice & beautiful...only a couple of things to improve is greeting the customers, communication while standing and post signs that there's a waiting room. I didn't k on there was a waiting room at the end of short hallway. I figured there wasn't one cause everyone was waiting on the sales floor around the wheels. When I got my vehicle back I became aware of what took so long. In the bed of my truck were beer cans. So the two possibilities that I can think of are 1. Someone at Wolfords was using my truck for personal use, which included consuming alcohol or 2. Wolfords allows their employees to consume alcohol on the job. Neither option is great. Either way, I was upset with how long the job took and was put out of ease that there were beer cans in the back of my vehicle.

When I picked it up I was told that the wires were ran professionally and that was a complete lie. If I would have known that the wiring would look that unprofessional I would have done it myself. In the process of them mounting the air compressor in the tool box they removed a 200 dollar drill set and placed it in the bed. They didn't put the drill back in the toolbox they just left it in the bed.
