This is a review of the Market Mall Alberta Precision Lab in the Market Mall Professional Building…read more If you need blood work done, I highly recommend you go in at 5:30 pm during walk-in especially if you have children and need numbing cream. You'll get treatment you'll never forget. I went in on Friday to get my child's blood work done. I came early (5pm) as the numbing cream needed time. Walk-in was to start at 5:30pm.I was paged on my phone at 5:28 pm. I went in and went to the desk. I waited until I was acknowledged by the man in the dark green shirt. He was at the counter (no one at the desk). I explained I had been paged but needed some extra time for the numbing cream to work. He did not give any eye contact, shrugged his shoulders and was arrogant and passive aggressive in his replies. I politely asked for more time for the numbing cream to work. He shrugged his shoulders. He started getting red in the face, his body was shaking and he was shuffling papers. He got angrier and more agitated the more I asked questions, like "does the numbing cream still work if it has not been on the required time?" He said, "How do I know?" and "I don't know anything about numbing cream." Calmly, I told him I would return to the lobby where I was instructed to wait, and waited longer. No one came and got me for my bloodwork. A female patient leaving the office, came to get me. The staff and the other lady at the desk that the manager was with a patient, then that there was no manager. While I was in the lobby, the lady staff member came out with a lady not in scrubs. This might have been the manager. I took my children to the lobby to wait for our ride. I didn't see the man from the lab come down the elevator so he must have taken an other route. He sat in the lobby, texting on his phone. As he left, I told him his behaiour was unacceptable.' I have worked with problematic behaviour as a career, lol. He yelled back, "I am not working right now so I don't have to be nice to you" as he came close to us as he was exiting by the front doors. My daughter was frightened. Thanks to the two wonderful strangers who waited with us outside until my husband showed up. More photos to come & updates. If you need blood work done, I highly recommend you go in at 5:30 pm during walk-in especially if you have children and need numbing cream. You'll get treatment you'll never forget.

We came to the mall to use the playplace and were going to go shopping after the kids played and got rid of some energy but because of this we will never go this mall again. Also couldn't believe the people running the "customer service" station directly outside the closed off play area. The staff seemed to only care about their phones while we were trying to check in to the ridiculous app. Not sure who's brilliant idea this play area waiting app was but it's having the opposite effect that they were after I'm sure. Won't even go to or order from any of the restaurants attached to this mall, keep up the horrible service

They've not only got regular sized clothing, but they also carry petite sizing and they are conveniently located in a number of malls throughout the city. The quality of clothes at Ricki's/Cleo is reasonable and the prices are as well. I often stop over when I'm looking for work clothes that wont break the bank. Overall, they've got a great selection, great sizing, great service and great prices. Definitely worthy of a pit-stop in the midst of a shopping spree.

(Market Mall) The staff was super friendly and there was even a further discount on my clearance items at the cash. ($5 more off with a text code) Then later on line, I got another coupon for 10% off my next purchase! I never felt rushed, I was able to help myself to the change room and I found the store to be clean, organized despite the huge sale and welcoming. Not too busy either. Still 'in' - lots of black and white. A little more mature wear than say, Dynamite. Those days are over for me :) Happily so! Love the motto here "No Sale Is Ever Final". I am not one really to return anything but it is great to know Cleo stands behind their product. My absolute new fave clothing store for professional/business casual wear!

Some stores say they care about customer service. This location does more than just say it, they…read moremake it happen. My husband has had big time trouble finding an off the rack suit the past few years, so he was excited Saks Off Fifth was an option on a recent shopping trip in Calgary. This beautifully merchandised store is lovely to visit and we spent some time with a clerk named Ellen in menswear finding the perfect suit one evening. After heading home to Canmore my husband was excited to give the outfit a whirl... Until a few days later were packing up for a trip when he realizes: pants from suit are MIA from the hanger. We search every place we can think of. Calls to the store are made in the hopes they're left behind at the counter. The effervescent yet concerned store manager, Don, has the staff try to find the pants there. Finally all parties concede they are somehow gone. Don asks us to come in before our airport stop to solve the problem, and goes above and beyond to make sure that my husband is pantsed in a suit he loves. No small task given the short time frame and an unusual suit size that made shopping so challenging in the first place. Ideally this situation would not have occurred (where the pants are today is a true Unsolved Mystery worthy of Robert Stack investigation, RIP) but the problem-solving attitude and legitimate concern from management to make it right were welcomed and made a tough situation better. We were grateful for the patience and understanding we experienced. In the end he looked pretty great on the trip and we have since returned to shop Boxing Day deals. The service and store cleanliness continue to impress us both.

Don't expect to find designer goods at marked down prices. You will only find brands you've never heard of before at fictionally marked down prices. "The comparable value on the on the price ticket or sign shows you the price another retailer charges or would likely charge for the same or comparable value item." So according to the sign, these items aren't necessarily sold anywhere else, nor have they ever been sold successfully by a business for more money. They have tags that make them look like they've been marked down but they never have been. Feels a bit deceptive, doesn't it? Further more, this store has had a "closing sale" for years now. How long do you get to run a going out of business sale, before that's just your business' regular price? They've recently brought in new winter stock that they merchandize on displays at the front like any other retail. Are you really having a going out of business sale when you're bringing new items every week? Seems like a scam, folks. Well, that and an excuse to have the place be a complete mess. That said... I bought an ugly Christmas sweater. If you can block out all of the sale nonsense, there's a chance you might find something for cheap that is worth the amount of money you will pay. Yes, the quality is cheap too, but it might be worth it. In this instance, $20 for a low quality Christmas sweater seemed worth it to me. So when you see row of suits on for $70 with a sign next to them that says "compare at $350," just know that those suits have never been sold for $350 anywhere - merely that somewhere out there, there's a store that sells $350 suits. Throw that large number away and look at the final price compared with the quality of the clothing and you still might find something worth wearing. But if you're in the market for inexpensive clothing above all else, I think you'd be better off shopping at Wal-Mart. At least then you know what you're getting.

Designer Depot offers good deals on decent clothing and we could all use more of that. And they offer fitted shirts, where other menswear stores seem to pander to the more portly among us. It's refreshing to find shirts made for thin people for a change. I don't know the real story behind this place, but it seems to me they offer some good finds at reasonable prices.
