We tried this ice cream place for the first time on a very hot summer day when it was 109 degrees outside! So it was refreshing to have ice cream. The place inside is nice and clean and they make fresh ice cream in front of you using nitrogen gas. They have many different options to pick from and you can customize everything. We went with small waffle cup with pistachio ice cream, coconut milk as the cream base, and then I added some more nuts like walnuts, pecans, and others into the mix. Now as for the ice cream taste, it does taste a little different than your typical ice cream. It's less creamy in taste and the texture of the ice cream is lighter than your typical ice cream. Personally, I enjoyed it. It doesn't make your feel too full. But if you are looking for a rich creamy taste then you can pick a different cream base and see how that turns out for you. Pics are below!

My party and I had a good time at Sun Zero. This Ice cream shop offers a unique experience that is fun and educational. When you visit SZNIC, you are in for a treat for your eyes and palate. I tried the Strawberry Sigma and it was delicious!

A very, very good ice cream place. I love the process of making the ice cream and I can't even describe the taste of the ice cream. It's that good. If I was able to add two bonus stars I would. Love this place.

This is an amazing experience for kids. You get to pick one of the pre-made "sensation" desserts or you get to make your own. They have tons of flavors and mix-ins. They also have coconut milk for those with a dairy allergy (vegans too!). They do an excellent job with avoiding cross contamination, which I appreciate since my daughter has a mean dairy allergy. Once you choose your flavors, they start mixing and tons of smoke comes out. Quiet the show for the little ones! The ice cream is okay. Sometimes if they put too much nitrogen the ice cream can get way too hard. I personally enjoy coming here to impress my daughter lol , she loves it!

Way over priced considering the portion size is about 50% of the cup and melted in a 2 minute drive

The ice cream here is great but the employees are rude and look mad. I guess they don't like the job. Will not be back!

I can only comment on the 5th Avenue South location. The cupcakes: They bake fresh daily with a massive rotating menu. Favorites include red velvet (classic Southern style), brown sugar caramel, and butterfinger (which features a creamy peanut butter filling). The 5th Avenue location typically features ice cream. They have some of the best Gluten-Free cupcakes in Naples, often available in multiple flavors. They even sell "Puppy Cakes" made with carrots and peanut butter so your dog doesn't feel left out. This was the perfect spot for a stroll after we went to dinner nearby. It has a more classic "Main Street" feel. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream! Always a yummy treat for sure!

We ordered 2 cupcakes and 2 cups of 1 scoop ice creams. The total was almost $30 which is shocking. The cupcakes were beautifully made but taste gets a 0. We tried two different flavors. We both felt like there wasn't enough sugar and it was dry. We didn't even finish our cupcakes. Ice cream was good. They charged me for a topping - around $2 I believe for about 6 pieces of gummy bears. Overpriced. Definitely would have skipped this.
