half Big Bob sandwich, chips, drink

I appreciate everything is fresh and there is a pleasant aroma of cured meat as you come into the shop. Every time I eat here I'm impressed with the flavors. Great selection and each order is prepared with care. You will need to wait as they make your item, but it is do very worth the wait! (Makes it taste even better)

Fantastic loki sandwich shop near downtown renton You'll find here a variety of sandwiches in every combination you can imagine. Can add chips and a soda to any sandwich for $ 2-3 dollars. Service is quick and friendly, and you could tell that the food was made with love & care. The chef is very meticulous in the way that he arranges the fresh ingredients inside. The bread is delicious and, in my personal opinion , even better toasted. There are only a few small tables with limited seating inside. There is no public restroom. Parking is limited with room for about 5 or 6 vehicles in a small lot. This seems like a place pursuited for a to go order. Overall, it is a fantastic place that I will be returning to in the future.

Simple subs done pretty well. The owner is nice and makes the sandwich pretty quickly considering the consistency of the result. What would bring it up to 4/5 is some higher quality meats and if they baked their bread. I can't rate a "sub" place above 3 stars if they buy their bread.

I've heard about this place for years and I was so excited to finally try it. This place is very inconspicuous and is off of a main road. The parking lot has a very small entrance and can be intimidating but take a chance. It takes some time for the sandwiches to be made since there's only one or two people here at max working but it's well worth the wait. I'm from New York and there's very few places that give me that "east coast" vibe. This one does though there's not as many toppings or meat as I'm used to on sandwiches.

Half roast beef on "submarine bread" (actually just a storebought Franz roll)

This was a pretty disappointing sandwich. The roast beef was good. The pickles weren't bad. It could have used a bit more mayo. But the "submarine bread" is just a Franz hoagie roll. I didn't get the French bread because I wanted something soft, but it turns out the French bread isn't crusty. The half size sandwich is a good amount. But you definitely have to get the French bread.

The best Sub thus far, fresh crisp veggies an soft delicious bread. Found it on our way to the beach now its our favorite

We love Subs an this place rocks. Fresh crisp an delicious, hard to choose from the huge selection so I guess I'll try them all.

Great sandwich shop. I had the big Bob and I would order it again. Bread is nice and soft. Much better than going to Subway. I will be back.

The fries were the best part, which says something for a chicken sandwich joint. I was super excited about the Texas-toast style bund but overall flavor was kind of meh.

Dave's Hot Chicken has better tenders and sandwiches, but this place is good too! This was an Uber Eats order. I will try in person next time and update this review.

I'm sorry fanning tomatoes requires so much of your brains capacity that you fully shut down all other cognitive functions. It must be so hard deciding between acknowledging a quick customer question or even delegating to a colleague to give that customer their completed pre-order when you've already decided that you want to listen to the next order at the counter and start their sandwich. Multi tasking is suuuuuuper challenging. Despite my compassion for your shortcomings, you focusing in on that sandwich that hadn't even fully been ordered while refusing to engage with, assist, acknowledge, be respectful to (etc, etc) a customer with a completed order that was sitting on your kitchens back counter was such an interesting way to fail at customer service. It really doesn't make any sense to preorder and pre pay on the app if the mentally limited employee at the store is going to insist you stand in a 3 person deep line to ask (the only employee qualified to help customers?) to hand me my sandwich. I guess because the cashier handles money, they're probably a bit more capable/skilled, but if you work at a place like jimmy johns mental processing should be a baseline ability. And really, if you're the one making sandwiches is it not also in your purview to hand customers those completed sandwiches? I wasn't ordering so why would I need to speak to the employee at the order counter? I think this one was in your wheelhouse bud. Let me help you understand how this interaction should have gone. *customer (me) enters and looks around for a pick up counter for the sandwich they know is ready. There's no sandwich in sight! (Alas) customer gets in line, but sees one nearby employee holding bread (that's you!). Customer realizes there's no need to wait for 3 people to put in their order when they know their sandwich is ready somewhere. Customer steps closer to the counter and says "excuse me" (employee should NOT interrupt to say "they'll help you" motioning at the register and then suddenly fall deaf womp womp.) But when the customer pushes through and says "oh I just had ordered on the app, I think it should be ready" the employee who's now absolutely engrossed in spacing out tomato slices should be able to say "oh sure" and (this is complicated I know) that employee should then (while STILL being able to grab a handful of shredded lettuce) call out to their coworker further back in the kitchen and say "hey could you grab that sandwich" or if giving a direct ask to them is beyond your abilities you could even say "hey could you help this customer". That's it! Relatively simple, even for human mayonnaise. Best of luck getting better at functioning successfully in society, I sincerely hope this feedback helps. Fingers crossed you can make it to cashier someday.
