I rarely leave reviews, but I feel people should know about our experience at Magic Touch Dominican…read moreHair Salon. My girlfriend had hair extensions installed here, and within six days they were already coming loose and falling out. We went back expecting the salon to stand behind its work, but instead we were told there would be additional charges to fix a problem that had occurred less than a week after the original service. The owner, Millie, was out on vacation, so we dealt with Clara. Instead of working with us to resolve the issue, we felt like we were treated as if our concerns didn't matter. The pricing also seemed inconsistent, and we left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of rather than valued as customers. When you're paying a significant amount of money for a professional service, you expect the work to last longer than a few days and for the business to stand behind it if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. If you're considering getting hair extensions here, I recommend asking detailed questions about the salon's warranty or repair policy before spending your money. Based on our experience, we won't be returning.
