I will get gel polish because I like it to last and my friend likes regular polish so she can change her design often. We went in last weekend and had an amazing time. Everything was great we always really enjoy ourselves. They have massage chairs and a very clean environment. I appreciate that.

I would walk out with different shaped brows every time I sat in a new threader's chair. Jas is located inside a hair salon next to Big 5 Sporting Goods. I was seated right away and Jas was done in less than ten minutes. She explained what she was doing and also let me know the areas she left in the shape she did so as to repair my eyebrows' shapes. She was efficient and left my eyebrows in the best shape I've ever had them in. I will definitely be back!

I have been a loyal customer for a long time, which is why this experience was so disappointing and…read morehurtful. During my most recent appointment, a noticeable portion of the front of my eyebrow was threaded off. As soon as she finished, I immediately told her that my eyebrow had been messed up and that a large part of the front had been taken off. Her response was, "Oh, I see, but it's only a little bit," and I was offered just $2 off. What may seem like "a little bit" to someone else is not a little bit when it is your face. Eyebrows take time to grow back, and they play a huge role in a person's confidence and appearance. I felt completely dismissed and like my concerns were not being taken seriously. What hurt the most was that nobody apologized while I was there. Nobody acknowledged how upset I was. Nobody offered to make it right. I still paid for the service and left feeling embarrassed, upset, and honestly heartbroken. I ended up crying afterward because I was so unhappy with the outcome and how the situation was handled. The only reason the issue was eventually addressed was because I reached out afterward myself. After contacting the business, I did receive an apology and was offered a refund, which I appreciate. However, I wish that same level of care, concern, and accountability had been shown while I was actually sitting in the chair and checking out. Word of advice, I will not be returning. I truly hope that moving forward, long term customers are treated with more respect, understanding, and sympathy when concerns are brought up. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds in those moments matters just as much as the mistake itself. I hope no one else has to leave feeling the way I did.
