I am very sensitive about people doing my hair so I just knew this had to be the right fit, we scheduled the appointment for 12 noon today. When I first arrived for my appointment at 12 The Mexican Lady who scheduled me was still working on another customer, I waited about 15 mins before I went back in. Everything was fine and I showed her the pixie cut I wanted as well sent it to her phone. This is when everything took a turn for the worse, it felt as if she was doing everything correctly once she gave me the mirror to see my hair I was upset because it was nothing like the style I showed her so I asked her politely to add some curls to the front after she added curls again it was nothing like I wanted so I asked if she could add some curls to the back. The overall hairstyle did not come out to what I asked for and I was highly upset because if she didn't know what she was doing she could have stated that and would have took my beautiful hair and money elsewhere. When it was time for me to pay she said the price originally over text was $45 dollars then she told me after I said okay so I owe you $45 she goes to say no it's $65 I don't know where the hell she got the extra $20 from but I let her know that I only had $50 on me and she told me that it was okay.
