At first I was hesitant from coming due to one of the reviews, but I was short on time and my sister really needed her eyebrows done. I came in with my sister around 3pm,?and was short on time. When I came in, we were immediately greeted by a welcome and questions asking what we wanted. Then my sister told them what she wanted and no longer than 15 minutes she was done. I looked at it and could clearly tell a very noticeable difference. Keep in mind I'm a guy and could care less about eye brows, but I was almost flabbergasted by the difference. I got my eyebrows done here yesterday, the shape of my eyebrow has always been messed up but the polite lady who did my eyebrows shaped them perfectly. She didn't take out extra hairs that didn't need to be taken out, and it didn't hurt at all. Not to mention, they've got new management and have renovated the place. It's much more modern, and clean. I walked in here to have my eyebrows threaded. As I walked in, found the owner in the front eating with her fingers after which she immediately got up and walked to her work station. She used what I initially thought was hand sanitizer although, based on the fragrance, was most likely lotion. She did a decent job with shaping, although I had to ask her a couple times to fix some areas which were obviously missed. Anyway, I tipped the lady and left after which I immediately developed a painful rash which appeared infected around both of my eyebrows. 2 weeks later I still have the rash around both eyebrows. Although the salon is cute and chic I wouldn't recommend it due to risk of (in my opinion) infection control. read more

WARNING!!! I went to this place and was very happy with my eyebrows. The woman there used the card accessory that connects to their phone. It didn't work so she tried another one. I started getting notifications of fraud on my Bank of America app!!! I had my card the entire day so that was the only way. Do not use your card here!!!! I lost 600 dollars out of my savings! i have been looking for a new threading shop to go to as i have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with more well known places. i was searching around and came across this super cute place, i saw past reviews which stated it was under new management so i thought i should try it out. i stopped by earlier today and i can truly say this is one of the greatest experiences i have had with threading by far. i went in to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, immediately when i walked in i was greeted with a warm welcome by a super kind and sweet woman. the decor is super chic and modern, the shop is definitely a diamond in the rough. it's also kept so clean which is great. she was very accommodating, and made sure everything about my eyebrows was exactly how i wanted it!! this was a nice for a change as usually other threading places rush through and never take their time to get it exactly the way you want. the woman was diligent and the whole experience was absolutely painless. all i can say is that i LOVE this place and i definitely have found my new threading spot go to! plus after your 7th time getting your eyebrows threaded it's free! read more
