My friend recommended going to Method Salon for a haircut and I could not have been more pleased…read morewith my experience! My hairdresser was Tim and he did a fantastic job! I have always had nice, thick, and generally long hair. However during quarantine I did some diy hair dye and hair cuts. Constantly trying to dye my own hair and lifting color myself damaged the lower half of my hair to where it was constantly frizzy, tangled, and there was a lot of breakage. I tried to do hair masks every two days to try to get my hair back to its normal healthy state, but no luck. So I went in to Method Salon to chop off all of the damaged hair. I told Tim, as I have told all of my past hairdressers, to do whatever he thought would look best and to cut off what was needed to make my hair look healthy! Tim did a fantastic job of working with me to find a style that would flatter my face shape and making sure that I was ok with the length! I ended up buying two of the products that Tim used on my hair too-- the Oribe Dry Shampoo and the Oribe Split End Seal. They smell heavenly and make my hair look like I just stepped out of a salon. I am so glad to be back to getting compliments on my hair!

Made the jump to chop most of my long hair off a couple years ago and only because I trusted my stylist. Then also made the e jump to get highlights, also Tony because I trusted my stylist. Their products are also excellent and the staff make great recommendations. Really cute clothes and home goods as well. It can be a bit pricey, especially as your stylist gets better and better and moves up through the ranks. The products and clothes are also more on the pricey end. There are also new talent stylists who have much more affordable rates

Rude, overpriced, unprofessional…read more I am extremely disappointed with both the service I received and the way this salon handled my concerns. During my color appointment, I repeatedly told my stylist that my scalp was itching, tingling, and becoming increasingly uncomfortable while the color was processing. These are common warning signs of irritation or a chemical reaction. Despite informing her, the color remained on my scalp. When I got home, it became clear that my scalp had been burned. The reaction was severe enough to trigger an inflammatory flare-up. No client should leave a salon with a chemical burn after expressing concerns during the service. What truly turned a bad experience into an unacceptable one was not just the casual attitude of my stylist, but later on in a separate incident, the salon's treatment towards me. When I expressed my grievance to them, first to the receptionists, then escalating to management, my concerns were largely dismissed. There was no meaningful acknowledgment, no genuine concern for my well-being, and no effort to take responsibility for what occurred. In addition, my interactions with the front desk were consistently rude and condescending. The black girl was the worst offender. Rather than feeling like a valued customer whose health and safety mattered, I felt as though I was being treated as an inconvenience for reporting a legitimate issue. Mistakes can happen in any business. What separates a reputable salon from a poor one is how it responds when something goes wrong. In this case, the lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability was just as troubling as the injury itself. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone seeking services here.

I started going there to have my nails done. However, after a couple visits, I also started having my hair done there. It just so happened that my original appointment was made with Jennifer, the salon owner. She made me feel like royalty! Diva's is conveniently located in Carmel, just off Meridian at 146th Street on Smokey Row Road. (Closest landmark ~ Carmel St. Vincent's Hospital.) Their address is 540 West. Smokey Row Road. From the moment you walk in, you will feel "at home." Not only is this salon very uniquely decorated, but I must say, it is even MORE professionally run. The staff all works together to make sure that all of your needs are met =) Recently, an email reminder system was added to their booking system. I really appreciate receiving their little reminder, just to double check against my calendar. After my appointment yesterday, I had to take a minute to write a review. I had my hair highlighted and cut. Looks great & I feel like a million bucks, which is saying something in today's economy. Thanks Jennifer !!! For more Information, I recommend calling: Jennifer Euring at DIVA'S. (Phone: 317-571-9474) She will definitely make you feel like a Diva =) http://www.divas-indy.com/index.php

Transparent pricing is important when clients are trying to budget and compare services, especially for larger appointments or events. The lack of clarity made the experience frustrating and ultimately discouraged me from booking. I expressed my frustration politely to Kathryn and instead of rectifying the issue Kathryn Brash then proceeded to block me.

I'm not one to enjoy getting haircuts as I often feel they take too much time, and the price somehow magically grows without me knowing. However, that wasn't the case at Kiss Kiss Bang Bang Salon. From the minute I walked in the door, the energy was high and it really felt like the staff enjoyed one another. There was good energy buzzing throughout the space. I was quickly greeted and offered and snack and drink and I was ushered back on time. The cut was thorough and down to business - cherry on top? A scalp and neck massage. I was lucky enough to be paired with Lianna who unbeknownst to me, is a curl expert and nailed my haircut. I'll definitely be booking with her for my next hair cut. It was such a joy to see my hair "alive" again. Thank you so much!
