There is another eyebrow place about 7 minutes away from this location called Sai Threading look it up in yelp! ------- I didn't have time to go to my usual eyebrow place that is about 20 min away from my house. Since I relocated... I've seen this threading salon ..and today, I decided to give it a try. Never again will I be going here. First, the AC was not on which was very warm. It was one lady working today 12/12/19 and she took about 15 min doing my eyebrows. She cut underneath my left brow and left spots on my right brow!!!!! At the end she wanted to put "lotion" she said but it was hand sanitizer and it was burning my cut and it was getting in my eyes. It's also over priced. $10 for brow & $5 for upper lip. My usual eye brow place charges $10 for both eyebrow and upper lip. I really wanted to like this place since it's literally 4 min away from my new house. I'll just stick to driving 20 minutes every few weeks. read more

Utilized this location because I received a Groupon discount. I live about 4 minutes from this location so I thought I would give them a try. The lady who assisted me was very nice and groomed my eyebrows nicely. However, compared to other Threading places I have been to, I felt that she was a bit aggressive with taking the hair out and it seemed to hurt more than I am accustomed. Even with this one small compliant, she did my brows as I asked and I would return but will ask her to be a bit more gentle next time. read more

This is the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever been to. I came in for a brow threading. There were 3 ladies having a meeting and no customers. One of the lady told me to wait. 5 minutes have gone by and then I asked how much longer of a wait? One of the ladies said 10 more minutes so that's when I got up and left. What kind a business make a customer wait while they are having a staffing meeting in the middle of the salon? Not to mention the salon smells like Indian odor. I would not recommend this place. They treat their customers like 2nd class citizen. read more

I love this place. This is my first go to place when I need to get anything done. Great artists and services that cover everything a girl needs. Nisha is amazing. Prices are reasonable too. I have been to a lot of different places but I feel comfortable coming here thinking I wouldn't have to worry about messing my eyebrow shape. I can blindly trust them. We've been with Nisha since her previous location in the Target shopping center. When she relocated, she contacted us to inform us that she would be looking for a new location and when she found one she would let us know! Customer service above and beyond! We've been going here for years! Nisha has always done a fantastic job and several years ago she provided her henna skills at a party for my daughters. She went above and beyond by bringing gifts for the guests from her recent trip home. Like others, we have been to the shop several times only to find it closed. We quickly learned that many times Nisha and her staff are not at the shop because they are hosting private events such as weddings. We have always found a valid phone number and sometimes, when we've called Nisha or her staff have come straight to the shop to provide service. My daughters have always been extremely happy with the threading service! Thank you for so many wonderful years of service! read more

Found an ad for eyebrow threading for only $4.99 (tuesday and wednesday only) on the Community Guide. This was my first time going and of course trying new places out always freaks me out...especially when it comes to my eyebrows. Lets just say i have found my new eyebrow place. Nisha was the one who did my eyebrows and also happens to be the owner. She has the lightest touch ever, barely hurt!!! She shaped and cleaned my eyebrows and now they look amazing! I question the validity of the reviews and pictures for this business. I had a less than average experience the first time around but decided on giving them a second chance. Worst decision ever! And I asked the lady not to make it too thin. She said OK. The threading was painful, and I've had my eyebrows threaded for many years so I'm not new to this, but with her it felt like she was cutting through my eyelids! Then when she finished and I finally looked at it half of my eyebrows were gone!! Literally I had half an eyebrow she cut it so short not just thin! When I told her that was not what I wanted, or what I asked for, she tried to tell me that's how my eyebrows were!! No lady, you left me with half an eyebrow!! Here's the part that really blew me away... Instead of trying to remedy it by maybe giving me a discount or something, she automatically added tip when she ran my card without asking!! I decided to try this new place out since I saw they just opened, I was welcomed by a very nice lady Nisha, I told her I wanted to leave my eyebrows thick and that I had been letting them grow out for a couple of months now. She says ok and I let her do her thing,But once she was done and handed me the little mirror I couldn't believe what I was seeing! My eyebrows were so thin I didn't know if I should cry or yell it was horrible and to top it off they are not even shape the same! I told her that I had asked for them to be thick and she tells me it's ok because I can color them in! I just got a Brazilian for the first time with Nisha and my underarms waxed and when I got home I was very disappointed to find hair still under my arms and a lot of hair with WAX still down there on my privates. It was very hard to get off and there was still a lot of hair left down there too. I woke up the next day to find my privates BRUISED and BURNED!! I was shocked and in pain since it was very sore down there. The only thing she did do a great job on is my eyebrows which all of the ladies here do a great job on brows I must admit. I've been coming here for a couple of years and love my brows every time I leave, but after this experience with the waxing I'll NEVER do that again. I'll just stick to threading at this place and leave my waxes to my original lady I go to. I had had 4appointments for henna hair coloring. The first two were fine. I initially left a positive review. My last two appointments were not good. Both of the last two appointment were changed by the salon. I have come home to find clumps of dried henna still in my hair after it was supposedly washed out. My last appointment was totally disappointing. I went in after the salon changed it to find out they weren't prepared to do the henna which I stated when making the appointment. I had my hair cut prior to the coloring. When I put my hair up for GE night I found the entire area of my hair line in the back was not done. Since my hair is greying, it was quite noticeable when my hair was pulled back for a ponytail. I went back the next day to have it rectified and didn't really feel like there was any salon responsibility for this. The owner is the person who worked on my hair during my appointments. She wasn't in when I returned to have my hair fixed. This was not a good experience. read more
