I originally was going to try another nail shop but was told the wait was 1 hour so decided to try this place. As soon as I walked in I was able to get started on my pedicure (this was soon after opening). The shop is pretty big and clean. I believe her name was Leanne and she did an amazing job on my pedicure! I paid $30 for one of the pedicure specials but it was worth it and cheaper than most places. If I go again I will go to her. The only reason I am giving a 4 stars (wish there was a 3.5 option) was because of the lady who did my acrylics, she was rushing through which made some of nails crooked and she cut my cuticles on my thumb, all that could of been prevented if she just slowed down. and when it was time to pay she was rushing me also. $31 for gel acrylic is a good price though. Overall I would go back to this place but with a different person for my acrylics, Lastly can't pay tips on card so bring cash ! read more

I was able to walk in and be taken care of right away! Which is always a plus when you haven't booked an appointment! I got a regular manicure. She did an amazing job unfortunately I didn't get her name. She asked me to pay before she painted my nails which was a great idea so I wouldn't be reaching into my wallet with wet polish. Once we were finished she placed my nail polish that I had brought in in my purse and got my keys for me. She then set me up at the drying station. She came back and checked on me within three minutes and checked my nails to see if they were dry. And the icing on the cake she put my jacket on me because it was raining I thought that was the sweetest thing and she went above and beyond! read more

Our ministry from The Way World Outreach came to have a girl's day and the people sat all 12 of us at THE SAME TIME & did our pedicures as well as our manicures. We didn't even have to wait. Wasted hard earned money here. The woman doing my nails was wearing headphones and apparently mistook me saying I wanted a simple gel manicure for acrylics. While I'm choosing my color she begins on my nails and I'm not paying attention until I look up and realize that she has cut off the long natural nails I have been growing out for the last few months. I was really looking forward to a relaxing time getting my nails done after months of waiting. But instead have been left with almost uncomfortably short nails that are bleeding at the cuticles. Was not happy with this experience or how she handled cutting my long natural nails I had worked so hard to upkeep for months first thing without my approval. Will not be coming here again. I paid for a manicure and pedicure and I work 10hour days in work boots and in dirt and mud all day... that being said my nails were still dirty full of mud, dirt and still yellowish (ewww I know).... I am only giving a one star but if it was a possibility this place would receive no stars. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. They yelled at my younger sister because they insisted on her getting gel nails even though we repeatedly said we wanted regular nail polish. When we said we did not want these gel nails they clearly got upset and continued to insist on us getting gel. They even began to put gel on my sister's nails and when we said something they became more upset and took off the gel with a bad attitude. They then rushed through both our nail services and proceeded to not do a good job. On top of the bad service the nail salon was not clean and the nail technicians did not clean the pedicure bowls. All in all this has by far been the worst nail salon place we have ever been too. read more

There are definite pros and cons to this place, but they do a beautiful job so, for me, the pros outweigh the cons. I will list both below. PROS: -Inexpensive -Clean -Pretty decor, with nice relaxing music -Acrylic nails always look pretty, no lifting, etc. CONS: -Can't add tip onto credit card transaction, so for someone like me I have to make a second trip to get cash for tip. Makes me not want to tip, but I don't feel that's fair to the technician. They also charge $1 to pay with credit/debit. -Constantly trying to "upsell" you on treatments. If you go for a fill, they'll repeatedly ask you about a pedicure, manicure, gel coat on your acrylics (what?!), etc. and if you decline, they're rather pushy about it. Sort of the same reason I avoid going to grocery stores that have solicitors out front. I don't like confrontation and I don't like pushy people. If you're an assertive person and this doesn't bother you, then don't let this hold you back from going, by all means. -Not the most gentle. Because they're usually pretty busy, they're usually in a hurry to get you out the door. Because of that, sometimes it's painful when they yank and squeeze your fingers and press into your nails with their very sharp natural nails to clean up acrylic overlap or move the cuticle out of the way. Can get a little overzealous with the dremel and have cut my cuticle before or made my natural nails too thin so I have "hotspots." Not always the case though. Depends on the technician. However, all that said, there are certain technicians who do a beautiful job. In fact, I've never not been pleased with the final result, regardless of who has done my nails. Never have any issues with breaking or lifting. If you're looking for a relaxing, hoity toity spa experience, this probably isn't the place. If you're looking for an inexpensive place that does a decent job, is clean and you're willing to overlook the other small issues, they do a good job. I will continue going here, if that says anything. EDIT: Also apparently, if you post a balanced review listing the pros and cons, the owner David will email you non-stop trying to get you to change your review. I didn't say anything particularly bad, yet I have an inbox FULL of messages from this guy. Again, I don't like confrontation or being harrassed, so I will not be returning. read more

I have been coming here for about 7 years and recently noticed they aren't sanitizing the spa chairs after they are used. All they do is spray it down with water and towel dry. I got seated next to a lady that was getting polished so when the technician was done with her moved over to me and tried to use the SAME DIRTY tools she used in the lady next to me! I know they were the same because I watched her move from the other customer to me with the tools sitting on the towel on top. I said no no I want new fresh tools. She went into her drawer and pulled out more (hoping they were new!). Needless to say I will not be coming back! read more

Owner David is a great guy. Kim did my nails, came out perfect I'm very picky w my nails but she did a great job. I got coffin shape with gel nails. She didn't cut me or damage my nails and the result was really pretty I loved it! The salon is huge, lots of workers and lots of clients make sure u have an appt if u don't want to wait long. They have a lot.of colors and gel and acrylic powders to choose from. Variety is always good. All in all great experience I want old definitely come back! read more

This place is a hit-and-miss. I've been coming here for years. When I do call in to make an appointment and request a specific person, I don't get that girl! Also, you can only pay tips in cash; they don't allow tips to be paid on a credit card. Most of the girls do a relatively good job. I've never had any big issues with them. There used to be a man working there ("John" I think) and he always did a great job on my mani/pedi. Im pretty easy going when it comes to getting my nails done but OMG. My cuticles are SO MESSED UP!!!!!!!!!!! I have scabs, cuts, cuticles lifting!!!!!! My hands look so horrible and dirty. The girl who did my nails did not do a good job(obviously) very rude and was not very professional. She had the worst attitude and kept on yanking my hands. I just came here for the first time and got a gel manicure and a pedicure. I usually go to my place in Redlands, but I decided to stop in here because my place is usually busy and I didn't have time to wait today, with it being Mother's Day. Tony, who did my gel manicure, did an amazing job. He was very meticulous and my nails turned out beautiful. If I were only rating that service, I would be giving him 5 stars. However, the lady who did my pedicure seemed to be rushed after who I believe is the manager/owner came and said something to her in their language, which I think equated to her hurrying up to get to other customers. She ended up cutting my baby toe with the foot pumice. When I asked if it was bleeding, as it felt like it was, she pushed my foot into the water and said it wasn't. Looking back, it was like she didn't want to get in trouble. However, reading the reviews about them not sanitizing the utensils or the foot spas now has me worried. I'm not sure of the odds of catching something in a foot spa, but I'd imagine having a cut on your foot would raise the chances. I am a huge fan of cleanliness and sanitation, so I cannot say I will be back. The lady did do an amazing massage, but it was very brief, even though I chose the more expensive one. I believe it was because she was being rushed to move onto other waiting customers. That's really not my cup of tea. If I'm paying for services, especially extra because I want a more relaxing experience, I don't want to be rushed. A short massage is really the least of my worries though, as it really bothers me that my cut wasn't tended to with alcohol. That's a health issue. I believed the lady that my foot wasn't cut, but after I left I checked to see if the skin didn't break like I thought it had, and sure enough there is a cut under my toe. I will stick to my location in Redlands, where cleanliness is a priority. This place seems to be focused on quantity over quality. They need to spend time cleaning between customers or at least use bags in the foot spas. read more

I had eyelash extensions placed and came down with bilateral eye infections a couple days later. I went back to speak to them and they were all immediately defensive and absolutely refused to give me a refund, which is fine. They tried to convince me I was allergic to the glue , but I am an RN and know the difference between allergies and infections and had already been diagnosed by my MD. I'll be contacting the state board to report them for unsanitary practices . Take heed if you choose to patronize this place , you've been warned. read more

I hate giving bad yelp reviews but I used to love this place, I would come here all the time since they opened but these past months, it's been bad. Even the manager guy who used to be a nice person has turned into a grinch lol they employees that I have been getting lately have been rude, rolling their eyes when you just pick the spa pedicure instead of the expensive one, they get upset, then they start doing the pedi fast, trying to get you out of there..it sucks because in the past, I never had to deal with bad attitudes, now they just give you a fast half way done pedi and get you out of the door! While me and my 3 year old daughter were getting our nails done the Male receptionist was RUDE and rushing my daughter and another kid out her seat when they didn't even understand what he was saying. he kept saying "I need to make money" then as I was getting my nails done I kept telling the lady it hurts your cutting me and she ignored me and she asked if I liked the shape and I told her if she could make them thinner because they were so thick and she completely ignored me and made me pay $65 for nails that weren't even worth $25. As soon as i got home i took the nails off! As I pay the wife did not want me to use my card and kept trying to make me take money out of the ATM they have inside the shop I'm guessing so they don't have to pay a fee for the transaction.
