I took my 4 Basset Hounds to Style Mutt and I was extremely impressed! Every employee greeted me with a smile and hello. The shop area is so darn cute and clean, quality items for sale. Groomers did outstanding job and will be going back! read more

Stay away from this business! And do not bring your dogs to Renee to be groomed. Renee was beyond rude. I brought my golden doodle to be groomed and expected a nice haircut given the prices of the groom. I was called three hours later saying he was done. When I show up they bring a shaved dog to me. Renee NEVER called me to ask if we were okay with having him shaved. This type of call is expected at any grooming facility. She never asked before we left when dropping him off if we would be okay with having him shaved. This is disappointing and unprofessional. And then I get home and find two large cuts with dried blood on both ears, and one under his armpit. It is infuriating to me that this was not mentioned by the groomer. As a courtesy to your customers, it is expected that you tell the owners if you have hurt their dogs. We are paying you good money for a service. Rude, lies, deceiving, unprofessional... My golden doodle is a puppy. If you are unable to have the patience to groom a puppy, you shouldn't be groomed at all. We will not be coming back to this business. read more

Wendy is the best! I take my little Pomeranian Oliver to her once a month, and he always leaves looking darling! She does such a good job, and he loves going to see her. Besides the adorable cut, she's such a kind person who so genuinely cares about both pets and owners. Highly, highly recommend read more

Kendra was wonderful! Our dog Joey is a pit mix , hates water , and is very scared in new places. She made him feel very comfortable and we are so great full that she was not afraid of him and successfully bathed him, cleaned his ears, and cut his nails! We will definitely be back and the gentleman at the counter was a pleasure as well! Thank you so much ! You are wonderful people!! Highly recommend!! read more

I love Style Mutt! Pam and her staff are the best dog experts out there. Any time I've had questions about food, they are extremely helpful. They know their stuff. My dogs love going there and I'm so happy they have expanded! read more

Style Mutt is the best around! Pam is helpful and knowledgeable. She clearly loves her customers, two- and four-footed alike. Excellent product selection, good groomers, great business. read more

This place is rented out to contractors which was not explained to me. I have been bringing my dogs there for a year now. If you show up late, even if you call in advance, they will notate it and put you on their do not return list. Service was ok but not to die for. Oh did I mention that I tipped the groomer every time and not $2 or $3 dollars. Thanks for not explaining your terms, that's great business. read more

We brought our dog in for a wash and trim on the recommendation of a friend, and we were so impressed! The owner was great and gave us a nice little bag of treats for being new customers, and Megan did an awesome job. She did everything we wanted and our pup looks fantastic! We highly recommend! It is no wonder that they just won Best in Cleveland! read more

I brought my 3 dogs here to be groomed and they did an excellent job. Staff was friendly and the puppies looked cute. My only concern is that they never gave my dogs water. They were so thirsty when I picked them up. I have never had that experience at other groomers. read more

I'm from Los Angeles and was working here in Cleveland. My dog was with me and needed a cut before we went back to the 100 degree weather in California. Not knowing where to turn being as I'm so unfamiliar with this area, I turned to yelp for some direction. After seeing some great reviews for style mutt, that's ultimately where I took my cavalier. Our experience at style mutt was one of the best ever. As if I wasn't already impressed enough by their friendliness, cleanliness, efficiency, and ability to get us in on such short notice despite how busy they were, I was further impressed when I saw my dog's reaction to the overall experience. Normally afraid of the groomer and beyond excited to see me upon pickup, my dog was jumping on the groomer and giving her kisses before we left. He obviously had a great experience, was treated very well, and he looked pretty great too. Style mutt is full of dog loving, friendly staff, who even give you a doggy bag full of treats to take home for your pet when you leave. Priced very well (40 dollars for the works on my 20lb pet), and conveniently located, I would refer anyone to come here, and will definitely be coming again next time I am in town. Also want to mention that even though I didn't purchase any products due to my travel restraints, I was extremely impressed by their selection of food, treats, and toys, a lot of which was natural. read more

With 3 dogs, I've shopped at every chain pet store and locally owned pet boutique within a 50-mile radius of Cleveland. Never have I come across a store and a store owner like Pam. Pam keeps our specialty dog food stocked so it's always ready for us. If there's a particular natural treat you like, she'll get it for you. Everything she sells is natural - not made in China. You'll always receive a warm greeting from Pam when you walk in. Don't be surprised to see customers just hangin' out to talk with her. read more

I am not at all surprised to see so many other 5 star reviews for Style Mutt. Pam really is that amazing, and she always knows just what we need. My dog goes to daycare here occasionally, and she loves it! read more

I booked an appointment with this groomer, & unfortunately had to cancel. The owner was so nice & graciously made me another one for the next day. I normally go somewhere else but was having trouble fitting my schedule to her location. I must say everything I read about Style Mutt was true. Wonderful owner, & groomer, the place is stylish & organized. My pup is a bit of a whiner & they handled her perfectly. The grooming was perfect, & I was super stoked that I could buy a quality brand of food for my pup there as well. They also groom kitty's, I will have my kitty groomed there soon. I could not have been happier, they are professional, friendly, honest, & they promptly return your phone calls. read more

My cocker spaniel received an excellent hair cut! I had a list of grooming instructions and Sue followed my notes and did a really good job. The shop owner was very welcoming and I was very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend Style Mutt. read more

What amazing owners! Pam was very interactive with my foster pup helping him get fitted for a jacket and even donated a bag of food to us! The groomer was super sweet and fast getting his nails clipped. Overall a great experience all the way to my car which she walked out to with me to help carry my bags read more

Took excellent care grooming our two golden retrievers! After much research looking for groomers in the area, they accommodated our last minute booking, took great interest in getting to know us and our girls and their needs, made a personalized phone call letting us know promptly when they were done, and left each dog with their own special goodie bag for the road. We were also impressed that they found and treated a small cut one of of goldens received from our vacation. We highly recommend their prompt, friendly, and detail-oriented services and believe that they are well worth visiting! read more

Pam has a wide selection of US made dog food and treats at prices below the big box competitors. She specially orders the food I give to my Great Dane and is always helpful in suggesting alternate products/food that they may like that are healthy and made in the US as well as keeps her clients up to date on all recalls on food and treats whether she sells them or not. Pam's daycare is wonderful. My dogs love her and she is always willing to help out when we are traveling with overnight care as well! read more

Style Mutt is entirely worth the price. I have been taking my dogs to Style Mutt for about two years. Each time I couldn't be happier. The staff is nice and it's really wonderful to see that the owner answers the phone, welcomes people and pups, rings everyone out, and interacts with each customer and pet that comes in. Our most recent experience was so wonderful. I brought in my two Border Collies and they came back smelling great, looking beautiful, and quite calm and happy for being in a new place with strangers. I loved the little touches like the ribbons on their collars and the goodie bags. You can tell the owner truly cares about each animal because she always asks if the pet has any allergies before filling the bag of treats. She also gets right down on the ground and greets the pups and reassures them when they're anxious. I love that if I specify how I want the dogs groomed, my requests are met. But if I leave it open ended, each stylist we've visited has been able to just do her thing and make the dogs look great too. Pros: Wonderful owner, fantastic stylists, clean grooming space, appropriate kennels and drying tactics (no dryer cages), tons of food, toys, and other goodies to purchase as well Cons: Tough to get an appointment same-day unless you get lucky (which does happen, don't hesitate to call) read more

Found this place off of Yelp and I have been so happy. They do a wonderful job with my dogs hair and you feel such a sense of community when you walk in the doors. I recommend this location to everyone with a pet. read more

Love love love this place! They do such a great job handling the animals! Normally after dropping my husky off with any sort of stranger, she comes home a tad bit traumatized but not style mutt! I picked her up today and she looked so fantastic and was happy as can be! Definitely recommend taking your fur babies here! read more

Love this place. I have taken my dog here at least 3 or more times. I have been very happy with they're service :) Thank You Style Mutt :) :) read more

I met the owner of Style Mutt at Cleveland's Best of the Best where I took a sample of their dog shampoo and conditioner. I loved both of those products and Pam had been so nice to talk to so I called and scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog Gus. Gus is my Service Dog & also a member of the American Red Cross K9 Action Team. I am very picky when it comes to his grooming because until Multiple Sclerosis made it too difficult to keep my arms up I had groomed him myself. They carry all natural, MADE IN THE USA treats that Gus just loves! They do a FANTASTIC job. read more

I will never go anywhere else! Quality people and products! Pam is a gem...one of the nicest people I've ever met. She truly cares about our fur babies! I take my beagle Sammy there for his bath and nails and Shannon has always done a great job with him. I recommend this place to all pet parents!!! Great selection of quality food, toys, treats and anything you're looking for. read more

Nikki is a amazing groomer. She is really good with are special needs puppy mills survivors. She is also good with are blind poodle who doesn't like people touching his feet. The owner Pam is also fantastic and does a lot of fundraisers for local animal rescues. read more

We have taken our dog to the day care a few times and he comes home happy and exhausted which is nice to have a tired pup after a long day at work. The special attention Pam gives when you walk through the door is amazing and I know she gives the dogs the same attention when we walk out the door. For being a small store she has a great selection of dog food, treats, and toys. She helped us get our dog on the best food option for him by giving us LOTS of samples to try without pressuring us to buy anything that day. She also gave us all the information to save the most money on the food, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Style Mutt to any dog owner! read more

This was my first visit to Style Mutt and I was very pleased. I love the facility and the supplies they had to offer as I shopped while my little guy was dropped off for his grooming session. This was his first groom since rescuing him from the shelter where he was shaved due to extreme matting. He did well during his session and he looked like a completely different dog! Thanks for taking such great care of him during his visit! He is looking forward to seeing you guys again! read more

Well just got home with our two fur babies Fresh from being groomed This was our first time here at Style Mutt I must say the fur babies were happy and very well groomed Charlie and Molly will be return customers The ladies took the time to explain every thing to my elderly mother who was nervous to leave her Molly Needless to say Momma was very pleased. Our groomer's name was Megan and she did a very fine job Will recommend her to all our four legged friends read more

Ruined my dogs hair, shaved it when we said to just give a trim. Groomer never listens to what we say.

Style by Megan. Hospitality by Pam. 1 hour for a thorough clean up for our pup. No need to leave your dog all day in a cage waiting its turn. Pet parenting tips from Pam. Mentioned that we had feeding issues and Pam gave us a generous supply of pet food/snack samples for our chubby picky eater to try. We will be back. They are relocating soon near Warren Village so call to find their exact location. Doggie daycare is also available. read more

I have taken my two dogs here for daycare on multiple occasions. Our experience has only been positive and you can tell the owner really cares about her customers, especially the dogs. Can't recommend this place highly enough. read more

Wonderful, friendly service and an efficient, good groom. I was so relieved to find Style Mutt after trying another groomer in an independent pet store in Lakewood which was very lacking in customer service skills. At Style Mutt, everyone is very friendly and professional. The groomer-I believe her name is Nikki - is always done in an hour or so --no having to leave my poor dog somewhere for several hours! Also, the store is well stocked with healthy foods and treats. Good job Style Mutt read more

Style Mutt is the best pet store/boutique in the Cleveland area! Beyond everything available for purchase (which is all at a reasonable price), Pam offers doggy daycare Monday-Friday. Our labrador goes at least once or twice a week because we know Pam takes great care of her while we are working - and it also gives our puppy a chance to socialize with other dogs. It's so refreshing to meet someone like Pam who truly loves her job and the dogs she works with. She gives back to the Cleveland community in many ways & we enjoy supporting local businesses like Style Mutt. If you are looking for a great place to shop for your dog, or a dog daycare, visit Style Mutt. You won't be disappointed! read more

What a local treasure! Went there for the first time today to have my 12 yr old cockapoo groomed. He can get anxious with new people, but when I picked him up he didn't seem fazed at all, in fact was very chipper on the car ride home! Cut was excellent, he was so cute! I couldn't be happier. Nicki did a great job grooming him, she seems very gentle and reassuring, even with an elderly dog. Pam was great, very welcoming. We will definitely be back to take advantage of their great prices for food and supplies. read more

Wonderful grooming services - asked a lot of questions to understand what you want done and followed the directions exactly. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. Overall perfect service and will be back. read more

Be aware there is a groomer just starting at Style Mutt her name is Kendra. She works at both Fetch & Style Mutt. My last groom with Kendra at Fetch was a nightmare. Uneven by an inch, ears not cleaned, sanitary area not trimmed. I brought in my own products & requested that they be used ... That was NOT done. What was she thinking? What was she doing? This is not a normal groom. Style Mutt has wonderful groomers ... Talented, experienced. Ask for Shannon, Nikki or Rachel. They definitely know what they are doing. Style Mutt is lovely ... They are highly rated. The co-owners Mike & Pam are always there to help but this groomer was a huge mistake for Style Mutt. read more

Pam takes great care in sourcing her pet food and treats as to healthy ingredients and being made in the US. She is very conscious of what ingredients are in her product line and where they come from. Special orders will be taken for food you desire if it isnt something normally stocked. Sample bags of food are freely offered to help one pick out a brand. All brands carried are very good quality foods. The store itself has many unique items for both pet and person that cant be found elsewhere. I have found prices to be better than big box stores. My dog goes to doggie daycare here a couple times a week and absolutely loves it. Unlike other doggie daycares, there are a limited amount of dogs so I know my dog is safe and taken care of. Can't say enough good things about The Style Mutt, the owner is a fabulous person, who aside from running this great local business gives back to the community in so many ways with hosting a multitude of events to help various shelters and rescue organizations. read more
