I had stopped at a number of thrift stores and consignment shops trying to find a dress without spending a fortune since I only planned to wear this dress one night. This shop is super cute with a great selection of dresses. I like that they have the dresses sorted by size so that I don't fall in love with a size 2 that I can't squeeze into. The woman working there was also super nice and helpful. They have a nice large fitting room with great mirrors. She and my boyfriend found this dress that I wasn't crazy about and talked me into trying it on. It fit well and was actually much better once I had it on. Without their encouragement, I totally would have passed over this dress that was perfect for what I was looking for. They have designer dresses at great prices for all sorts of occasions. I was here midday on a Sunday and was very happy that they were open since many stores on Main Street are closed on Sundays. I will definitely stop back here when I am in the area. And they take credit card which is great since not all consignment shops do. (Strangely though I couldn't check in on yelp, and when I tried, my yelp app was telling me the store was 2.5 miles away although I was literally standing inside the store. But perhaps that is just an issue with my phone.)

I am attending a wedding in November and planned on just wearing my old prom dress. From the moment I entered the store I was amazed at how beautiful all the gowns were! Yelitza immediately greeted me and went above and beyond helping me find beautiful options to wear. She was so kind and caring and really knew her stuff!!!!!! She assisted me with trying on 4 different dresses and I ended up going with the very first dress I tried on! It's funny because when I walked in the store she happen to have it in her hands putting it away! I instantly said hey that dress is beautiful and it happen to be my size and everything!!!! My mom and I came here looking for a mother of bride dress. We attempted to make an appointment but their recording said you didn't need one. When we arrived it was utter madness. We had no idea a prom trunk show was going on. The smell when we walked in should have been an indication things would be bad. It was like being punched in the face with cockroach spray. People were everywhere wondering around. Racks upon racks of dresses in large plastic bags in every square inch of the store. After a few minutes an employee came over, gave a a rolling rack and told us to help ourselves. We were instructed to start digging through the racks and place whatever we wanted on our personal rack to try on. Things were organized by color but not by nice. It was impossible to find anything or even see what the dresses looked like since they were all in bug bulky bags. It was worse than Marshall's on Black Friday. This was not the type of experience I'd hope to have with my mom for such a special day. We left without trying anything on.

This is probably my favorite Zara store - it's huge and has enough open space so you're not running into people or clothes to get by. I'm glad I went during the week because the store was slowly starting to get messy. The jeans table had jeans EVERYWHERE - I didn't even know how to navigate looking for one because they were all over the place. I also saw the same jacket in 2 different locations - one which was in the same rack with identical jackets but in a different color which were not on sale. I'm glad I caught this at the register cause it was a $20 price difference. They already had limited sizes in a few items I wanted which was disappointing since there was at least 5 items I wanted to get but couldn't find the right size for. I don't recall seeing any sales associates on the floor unless they were putting something away from the fitting room so it can be hard to get help if needed. One thing I wish Zara had were shopper bags to carry around the store while looking around because you HAVE to carry everything by hand without having a place to put it on hold. If you're like me, you're trying to make as few trips to the fitting room as possible. Things start getting heavy after picking out the 7th dress you like.

My most purchased items are jewelry. It was not until recently that I discovered it was a consignment shop. I had quite a few things I wanted to sell and realized I could do it at The Attic. I had a great experience with the consignment process, very simple. I received wonderful one on one attention with my things and any follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The whole staff is super nice and helpful and they play great music in the shop, which always makes for a pleasant shopping or browsing experience. I will continue to patronize The Attic whether I have any consignments or not. It's a terrific place in a fabulous location. Love it there, it has such a great vibe!
