The wax she used was also gentle and painless, and she helped us sample Benefit skincare products as well. In the past, I have just walked in and hoped there was an appointment slot open. I usually had to wait 10-15 minutes which is no big deal because you can browse around until they are ready for you. If you aren't wanting to wait, it's best to call ahead and get your name in. Today Mercedes took care of me. She was friendly and started out by asking some questions about my skin. She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows (which were totally out-of-control). The wax was a perfect temperature and it was one of the more painless waxes I have had. At the end of it, she asked if I wanted her to cover the redness with concealer and fill in brows. It looked really natural when she was done. There's nothing worse than feeling like one of those brows-on-fleek Instagram girls who have overdrawn, overstated eyebrows. Payment was easy. You take your ticket to the counter. They will ask you if you would like to add a non-cash tip and you are on your way. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
