Was recommended an excavating co to come out to check the line to see if there was a possible collapse of the original antique clay drain. He did not see evidence of that and snaked the line again. City came back out to jet main line again-still nothing. Vern, the owner of Dirt Diggers, recommended I call Ben saying if anyone could get the line open, Ben could do it. I called Ben and he came out the next day. He ran the camera, then the hydro jet, then the camera and the hydro jet. After an hour of jetting, he was able to clear the line of roots and debris and got our drainage problem rectified. Ben is great! Super cool guy, very friendly, very professional and GREAT rates for hydro jetting. Don't call anyone else, just call Ben's Drain Service!

I had an emergent situation concerning my main gas line leading into my house on Sunday morning. Then received a text message 1 hour later, proving another 1 hour 15 minute arrival time. No call, No Show. I then made contact with female again, advising of no show no call, and she would call me back. Gave her another full hour to provide me with a status and was sent to voicemail. Voicemail stated they would return my call promptly within 15 minutes and I was instead sent a text saying the same tech from earlier was just now enroute. Then I found other various reviews online also having the same communication issues that I am experiencing.
