Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

I had to pay $125 for a service call, but the tech never came out- the receptionist just had me send pictures of the tank to get approval for replacement. After the approval was made, they told me I owed another $150 to pull a permit. When I asked why the charge was so high being that a water tank permit in Summit County only costs $40, Maria said that's what is designated under their contract with the warranty company. I called the warranty company who explained that the permit is not a part of their agreement or coverage and they have no say over what the contractor charges. I then called back and spoke with Maria who said that's just what they charge. After asking if I can just pull the permit myself to save $110, she said I couldn't and I would need to agree to pay the fee before they would come install. After seeing their 2-star google rating and 1-star yelp rating, I didn't feel confident I wanted them doing any work inside my home. I didn't agree and the job has been cancelled. Buyer beware.
