    Oat milk capps
    Megan L.

The best oat milk cappuccino I've ever had in my life. We literally came here EVERY MORNING of our Portland vacation. I never strayed from the oat capp. In addition to the oat capp, my boyfriend tried a seasonal latte and a black coffee - he went back to the latter most often. But we both LOVE Stumptown. Always creamy, always consistent, like a warm hug (which is always welcome when we visit cold Portland).

Super cute coffee shop. I loved that they have a flight with 5oz pours of their seasonal specialties. The mint matcha was so refreshing and the honey ginger had enough zing to jolt me awake. All of their drinks come with oat milk unless specified for something different. Would highly recommend.

It's fall, which means it's pumpkin spice latte time. However,, the psl from stumptown coffee was very pumpkiny/squashy. Yes there was spice, but it was my first time having a psl that actually tasted like squash.. not my cup of coffee tbh.. The salted maple latte tasted much better and was right up my alley! Perfect amount of sweetness too :) I'd come back to try their other drinks

Small cafe in downtown Portland with some inside and outside seating. I'm not a big coffee person but had to stop in since Stumptown is a Portland institution. I got a mocha with oat milk and it was really good! Not too sweet and the chocolate was great with the coffee.

Stumptown makes legit coffee, so that isn't affected by geographical location. However, this location won't ever have the nostalgia or true vintage Portland feel as the location done a few blocks on 3rd. That being said, it's a bit easier to park in proximity at this location, and the neighbor feels a bit nicer/safer. Small shop with limited indoor seating. Outdoor patio on the street is nice. There is a bit of retail stuff but limited beans for sale. Staff were ridiculously kind and friendly. My americano was ready in 2 minutes after I ordered it. I'll definitely be back!

Just a solid cup of coffee from one of the iconic shops in Portland. Clean comfortable venue, with small seating area and attentive service.

Stopped into Stumptown to grab coffee after hearing raving reviews about this roaster. Going in, we weren't entirely sure where to order so we kind of stood around until one of the baristas greeted us. We ended up getting two drip coffees. The barista asked us if we wanted to leave room for milk, which we said yes to one. We opted for their Vivid Bloom, which is a blend of two of their beans, though I didn't catch which ones. It's on the brighter side, and quite tasty. They have 3 sizes, ranging from 8oz, 12 oz, and 16 oz. There isn't much seating inside this location and the area is a bit tight, but a table opened up right after we ordered. Their cups have unique designs and we appreciated the kind hospitality the baristas showed us!

I love Portland's coffee scene!! Stumptown Cafe lands top 3 on my list, for sure. I love that they offer coffee flights. I ordered their spring 2025 seasonal line up, which originally includes; a rose gold latte, lavender matcha, and iced cherry vanilla latte. Unfortunately, they were out of the matcha, and subbed it with a vanilla latte instead. Our favorite was the Rose Gold latte. It has so much rich flavors, but not overpowering. There was also a hint of floral, but not too much. I would order that drink by itself. Second favorite was the iced cherry vanilla latte. It was smooth and tasty. Loved the cherry it comes with too. The space is small, cute and quaint. There's seating available inside as well as merchandise, stickers and a coffee tasting journal. If there's a line, expect a good wait. They take their time making each cup of coffee here with love. I appreciate the friendly workers too. 10 out of 10 would visit stumptown cafe again :)

I'll easily skip coffee if I think there's even a tiny hint of bitterness or aftertaste. There's just not enough oat milk or sweeteners to cover up a poorly roasted bean. I gag too much to just muddle through it. I loved Stumptown. We came here sometimes twice a day and loved the coffee, the friendly staff, and the hot breakfast sandwiches and cookies . My seasonal coffee of choice was the Sugar and Spice Oat Latte. With brown sugar and spices with a hint of nutmeg, it was the perfect way to start my day.

This Stumptown cafe has become our go-to, and we always stop in for lattes at least once during our visits to Portland. Stumptown lattes are consistently excellent, and I love how Stumptown doesn't up-charge for oatmilk. While you can't go wrong with the classic latte, I also like to try the seasonal variations. On my most recent visit, my favorite specialty latte was the ginger honey latte - it was pleasantly spiced and hit the right level of sweetness. There are a handful of tables inside; if you're lucky enough to get a seat, the cafe's a great place to savor your coffee.

Cheers to a great Latte at Stumptown Cafe in downtown Portland.

The coffee scene represents some of the best of the best in Portland, and Stumptown Cafe is one of those prime representatives thanks to solidly crafted coffee and pastries for sale from local bakery The Sparrow Bakery. Located on Southwest Washington Street in the West End neighborhood of downtown Portland, this is Stumptown Cafe's newest and most modern location yet in the Rose City, which opened in April of 2024 on the ground floor of the 11W building. When visiting Portland on a recent weekend, I inquired with my hotel regarding a safe place to sit and wait until it was check-in time and they immediately suggested that I head over to Stumptown Cafe for their strong coffee and even stronger complimentary WiFi signal. According to their website, this new location's aesthetic was inspired by "Japandi architecture, which is a unique melding that brings together Japanese-considered design and Scandinavian warmth", with their hope that visitors will "experience an elegant space finished with Stumptown's signature artful touch." When I arrived inside, the had a moderate amount of guests inside their location, but ordering was very easy thanks to the amount of staff behind the counter. The menu at Stumptown Cafe is fairly simple as they have hot drinks such as Espressos and Macchiatos and Cold Drinks such as Cold Brews and Kombuchas. For food, their menu behind the counter didn't belie what they actually offer, as if you look on their website they offer breakfast sandwiches, locally sourced from Sparrow Bakery, bagels from Spielman's Bagels, and other options from Shoofly Vegan Bakery. Upon my visit I wanted to talk everything in, and so I ordered what I could see, their Latte which was a double shot of Hair Bender espresso with your choice of milk, of which I selected oat milk at no additional cost. For good measure, I ordered Snickerdoodle Cookie, which too is sourced from Sparrow Bakery to eat with my coffee. My total bill was 10 dollars before gratuity and sales tax is not a concept in the state of Oregon. Sitting outdoors in their courtyard that's adjacent to their front entrance was nice as one gets a nice view at the foot of the iconic 'Capax Infiniti' mural taking in the sunshine, shade and activities of the streetmosphere of Portland. With solid access to their WiFi signal I managed to get a lot of work done in between my sips of coffee and bites of my cookie. Was the cookie, the best Snickerdoodle that I have enjoyed? Debatable, as it was lacking more of a crunch that I am used to. But my coffee was a creamy delectable treat that kept me alert for the rest of my day which was important as I only had a limited time in the Rose City to enjoy myself. With a clean restroom that had a code that only customers that are allowed to use, Stumptown Cafe is a nice respite from all of the activity in this area of downtown Portland.

I believe is a new location! The interior was nice and clean, with a modern touch that made the space feel welcoming and comfortable. They offer a few seasonal drinks, and I opted for the iced pomegranate latte. I thought it was a unique choice, and it did not disappoint! The combination was excellent, and the coffee quality was top-notch. If I had more time, I would definitely come back again. I also noticed their Coraline cold brew, which looked intriguing, but I didn't get a chance to try it this time. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend checking this place out!

Lively coffee spot in downtown Portland! Staff is very friendly, drinks are delicious with plenty of indoor seating for people watching. I tried the Snickerdoodle cookie and waked it down with the seasonal sticky toffee pudding latte, it wasn't too sweet (which I prefer) with a hint of toffee .

The other one never even made it into our home--the delivery team could not get it up the stairs. When we reached out to Joybird, they refused to accept a return, refused a refund, and refused to take responsibility--on either couch. Instead, they pointed us to fine print on their website about their company policies. It would be one thing if: - The sales associate had clearly explained that all orders were final. - We were pointed to explicit fine print before purchasing. - The product delivered actually matched what we were shown. But none of that happened. There are many other furniture companies that treat customers far better and stand behind what they sell. I strongly recommend choosing one of them instead.

They have an array of different colors - my choice was a gorgeous burgundy and I loved being able to buy just one. The card says they are made in Germany by a company called Parkhaus and how to care for and clean the coaster. The other item was a greeting card which I intend to frame. Vancouver Washington artist Claudia Moore makes the cards with foraged leaves and seeds. This is a great spot if you are looking for something unique as a gift or for your home.
