You'll be sorry! When you open the door to this inviting little diner, you'll be greeted by friendly staff eager to welcome you and get you started. The smell of food wafts throughout the restaurant making it hard to choose breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert! Don't take too long because your server will be there quickly for your order! We chose breakfast to start our day off right with dessert (just because life is short)! The coffee and tea were great. The food was down home delicious. The ambiance was laid back family friendly. Kids were laughing and singing, a baby cried, the radio was going softly, the coffee kept magically appearing -- it was a great way to start the day! We recommend this spot if you're in the Dells. If we lived here we'd go often! The staff was so friendly and personable. Military decor on the walls veteran owned maybe? The food was no frills but delicious. I had a cheese omelette, toast, and home fries. The cheese on the omelette was so good. Also, I could have had just an entire plate of the home fries they were delicious. Only knock? Cozy roadside diner just outside the hustle and bustle of the Dell. A favorite of the locals for good reason. Great cooking and so friendly! The hash browns are awesome. Had the Crab Cake Benny, awesome! The wife had the combo platter. She especially loved the hashbrowns. read more

There's service at other restaurants, and then there's service at Stuff's: the waiters are always upbeat and friendly, and the food is spectacular!! The mood is fabulous, but not too rushed. Food arrives so fast, you don't drink all of your coffee before you indulge into your fluffy pancakes or fresh eggs. Stuff's is the kind of place you can't recommend anywhere else more. Staff was very nice and that's the end of the positives. Food was not great. French toast dry and overly eggy and the scrambled eggs were inedible. Bacon was cheap and the sausage gravy was runny. The coffee was bad. Not meh, but bad. How? And for below average diner food, I don't know how our bill was nearly $100. I'm happy to pay that for a good breakfast and have many times. This was a great place, I always love to come here! The food is great, the hash browns may need a little taste but otherwise, boy this place is great for children! The manager is very friendly and kind and likes to check up the others. The staff is very kind and cooperative, including helpful! The atmosphere is 90's, or vintage. Overall, if you want a nice small and casual restaurant, come here! I'd recommend this for people who enjoy both fancy and casual restaurants. Usually children pop around so if your not a kid person, maybe this might not be your thing. Once in awhile some workers may mess up your order or your order may come a little late, but that rarely ever happens. Just a quick reminder that not everything tastes super tasty, some food may need a little more taste. Overall, this place is fantastic. Love to come here on sunny days. read more

You may be tempted to just keep driving when you see this restaurant, but that would be a mistake. There is nothing spectacular about the atmosphere, just a regular diner kind of feel. I would compare the service to eating in your grandma's kitchen. Super friendly, even the cook walked out in the dining room and asked how we were doing. Husband got the Big Bubba and he said it was great! The bun was so fluffy! Huge portion. I got the Virginia smoked ham and eggs, also very good. So glad we stopped! read more

Stopped here while on vacation in Wisconsin Dells. We had found some spots near the amusement parks and hotels that just seemed overpriced and poorly rated. So we found this gem that was a little farther of a drive and was totally worth it. Don't come here hoping for healthy options, but if you have a healthy appetite, you'll be happy with your choice. We each had a stuffed bun--my girlfriend had one with turkey, veggies, and a veggie gravy, and I had the Big Bubba Breakfast, which was stuffed with hash browns, eggs, sausage, and bacon crumbles, smothered in country gravy. We both were in heaven. And we paid only a little more for both of us to eat those huge plates as it would've been for just one of us to eat at Paul Bunyan's down the road. Also, it seems like a locals hangout with great service and groups of folks meeting and having conversations over coffee. Loved it. read more

Amazing off the grid breakfast. This gives you all the home town feels. The twins both ordered the sponge bob breakfast. Delicious and adorable. My eldest daughter ordered the Big Bubba.. that was an amazing amount of food with yummy gravy. I had the breakfast steak which was cooked to perfection. My husband opted for the omelet with steak and shrimp, this was a huge portion. Honestly, we probably could have shared. I highly recommend this restaurant.. value, portions and good food. read more

This is a small mom and pop restaurant. Our waitress was very upbeat and friendly. My husband had a sausage, onion, and jalapeño breakfast omelet with hash browns and toast. He said it was delicious. I had tender roast beef, gravy, and veggies on a homemade roll. It too was very tasty. read more

Have been going here regularly since they opened 20 or 30 years ago. Always had great food. Was there on Friday & got the fish fry. Fish was hammered. Rubbery beyond belief. Potatoes were flavorless, not uniformly cut, some were good, some undercooked. Veggies were kind of raw. Very disappointing, considering they've always had excellent food. Waitstaff was great. Owner didn't make his rounds like usual. Is there a new owner or new cook? It didn't seem as good as before & the vibe was depressing. read more

What a great place! As other reviews mentioned; small, cozy, relaxing, clean! I absolutely love their menu! I could honestly eat breakfast all day, everyday for a month and still have a hard time getting through everything they offer. all fresh cooked, fresh ingredient. Service was fantastic, staff was very nice and engaging. I am a huge Eggs Benedict fan and they tried something I wasn't too sure would work: Chorizo Eggs Benedict. Odd combination but now hits the top of my Eggs Benedict list! Who'd have thought that would work but it was fabulous. I'd have licked my plate if I was still a kid. About as hole in the wall as you can get. And unsurprisingly, the food is very good. Friendly service, good prices, tasty food. Right smack dab in between fine dining and nasty greasy spoon is this quaint establishment. Just outside the tourist trap grid is a place where you can get away from all of that and just enjoy a good meal. True to the legend, the chef himself will come out and ask you how's the meal.
