Just scan your barcode and keep moving. I came in today because I had got a healthcare and law-enforcement perk to join active and fit which we all know is an amazing discounted rate to join a gym so why not take advantage of something your company offers you to get healthy and have mental stress relief, just to be told your membership was not valid and the person who's trying to help you basically pawn it off on the person next to him and dismisses you the next person who comes in, So finally asked for a manger seems to feel like this was taking to much of there time, Thankfully the manager Carlos is my savior His last name is a little hard to pronounce, but went above. I mean, ladies and gentlemen above and beyond to help figure out why our membership was not being active which I guess as his job but the empathy of my frustration and the hoops jumping to resolve this he watching me igoing back back-and-forth with the front desk, who stated they couldn't help was telling me to take screenshots of what was popping up on the computer for him on their side, but also shown somebody else's behind the screenshot of somebody else's membership and all their personal information I found was very concerning not that I would care to call whomever was behind the digital screen, but I don't know in healthcare we're very private. We don't want anybody to see our information, but I greatly appreciate the management trying to help out after seeing the frustration in the many phone calls trying to figure out why on a Monday when you are fully dressed and ready to enter the gym and you're happy you know you're motivated just for somebody to kill your vibe in your first five seconds of walking in the door. I think they should teach a little bit more of customer service Or some fake it to you make!!! Maybe it was just me maybe the guy has RBF and is having a bad day but I don't know but hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. Please see Carlos the manager for anything, bypass the front desk so your workout will be amazing

As well as some of the classes I've taken with Veronica lately- she's been teaching vinyasa on Wednesdays at 10:30 and I've been really enjoying it. She has such a kind heart and open spirit. I started also going to her 8 am Saturday morning yoga as well after meeting her in the vinyasa class and loving her teaching style. Both of these instructors take time to really explain body positioning and will gently guide students into proper alignment when needed. I love that we have so many weeks with Nikkia subbing so we can be building and growing in each class. Please more classes with both of these instructors. It's used as a gym annex with everything going on from shadow boxing to Bikram yoga. Not a very relaxing atmosphere. Those are the issues that kept me from giving it 5 stars. I've been working with David at Bread & Butter Fitness for 2+ years and he's the BEST trainer I've ever had. He's incredibly knowledgeable and his dynamic approach ensures your workouts will never be boring. I only do 30 min sessions but the range of compound exercises he throws at me means I always get a great workout in that short time. (Dare I say, I might even be starting to enjoy it!) One of the things I like the most is that he really listens. When I decided I wanted to focus more on improving strength + balance rather than reaching a specific number on the scale, he was 100% on board and didn't try to guilt me into dieting/calorie counting. He offers the perfect balance of pushing me hard but also respecting when something doesn't feel quite right for my body and offering expert modifications. He's also incredibly positive (without having that fake cheerleader-type vibe) and anytime I feel discouraged that I can't do a certain move or lift a certain weight he always reminds me of how far I've come. If you want a trainer that's committed to your long-term health and getting you there in a sustainable way, Bread & Butter Fitness is the way to go!

I even liked the music she chose which was a sort of EDM/country mashup, and that is saying something because I generally dislike country. And she actually said during the class that she was trying something new and doesn't usually do country and probably wouldn't again. But! It was surprisingly good. The studio was also very clean. It is one of the studios that if you don't have the upgraded-studio type of membership that some locations have, you have to pay the $10 extra fee. They had a small selection of things like spray, deodorant, tampons, makeup remover cotton pads, the standard shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower... Speaking of the shower, it was such an amazing shower. Their water pressure is incredible and felt so good after the workout. The studio itself felt really spacious. They have 16 stations (whereas my home studio has 14) and it seemed like I had plenty of room on the floor, and there was a little more space between the rollers, then at my home studio, which was really nice.

After crossing the one year mark of attending Everfit classes, it feels like a good time to write a…read morereview. This one is for people looking for a little more insight other than the commonly praised music, community, and coach (all which I agree with of course!). Some context, I was a regular to Crunch classes and was looking for a place with heavier lifting and more of a challenge. All of my workouts are morning ones, either the 5:30 or 6:30. The evening ones and teachers I'm less familiar with but everyone is great. That said, I do think these workouts are best for those with some exercise experience under their belts. We do various exercises which helps keep things interesting, but there's a lot of basics (deadlift, chest press, squats etc) that would be helpful to know prior to coming. You can still be a beginner though and even someone completely new to everything will be welcomed with open arms. Also, get the app and be sure to book classes through there. The workouts are fast paced, and the very first few might feel like you've walked into a tornado. The coaches start with a warmup and then will give you a rundown of all the workouts before starting. It's a real test of memory , but if you forget, others and the coaches will always help. We count on each other for that. Each day is a different workout with a unique purpose, but they generally are medium-high intensity and HIIT (high intensity interval training) or AMRAP (as many reps as possible) style. I'll go over them, but keep in mind these are the 5:30/6:30am classes. The late morning and pm classes are probably the same but I can't really speak for them. MONDAY - Upper and Lower - this is a time to get a full body strength session in, and is my favorite day. No cardio, just the opportunity to go a little heavier. The coach is currently Ciera and she's amazing. So fun, knowledgeable and kind. TUESDAY - SWEAT - cardio lovers, this is one for you. It's the most despised one for me and many others , but the highest calorie burner and a key day to work on agility and those fast twitch muscles. WEDNESDAY - Booty Blast - don't let the catchy name deceive you , this will have your whole lower body burning. It's a day when we go heavy on legs. Usually done in an AMRAP style, this one is a good one to find a group with similar experience and weights. THURSDAY - Cardio, Core Chest, and Triceps - this is a good one if you want a little taste of the cardio work, but also get a solid chest and tri workout. FRIDAY - Back, Biceps, Shoulders, Core - another welcome strength day that feels like a nice relief from the higher intensity work. You will still sweat, don't worry. SATURDAY - AMRAP - it's a full body strength and cardio session. Again, the AMRAP style is most optimal if you look for a group in a similar strength and fitness since you will all be using the same weights and moving through them quickly. Expect all classes to start with a 5 min warmup, and then end with everyone sharing responsibilities of spraying down the equipment and sometimes putting it away. Chris, the head coach is really great. He's very kind, easy to work with, and really knows his stuff. I am constantly impressed with how well balanced the workouts are, and how he manages to keep it interesting and fun! The gym is also very clean, and there's ample parking. I haven't done a dexa scan in a while, but in the first 6 months I lost 5.6% body fat and gained 2lbs of muscle. I'm only ~110 lbs for reference. Overall, I recommend Everfit if you're looking for a spot that is consistent yet interesting and fun. The community IS great, and even though there's not a lot of time to chat, Chris hosts social events and I know a lot of people that have found very solid friendships through the classes. Come try it out! There is a 7 days for $7 pass on their website, or some people use class pass to see if it's a good fit. Hope to see you there!
