Our initial meeting was in October, 2018-we were looking for space to accommodate four employees. We worked closely with Cory King who was very patient with our numerous requests, delays and changes. He said he could make it happen and, he did. His staff, Yolanda and Diana, shared the same willingness to help, accommodate and assist. We moved in to the perfect offices in January 2019 and couldn't be happier. If you are looking for office space, where you are welcomed and made to feel at home, this is the place.

Now recently they installed this automated parking AI attendant that requires creating an account and linking with your license plate. The food itself was barely hanging by a thread and now with parking it's best to stay away.

Several important amenities…read morethat were supposed to be available were not functioning properly, including the air conditioning, refrigerator, and freezer. There was also no security person provided, despite the expectation that one would be available. The person in charge of the venue at the time was present throughout the party acting like he was part of my guests and making comments to the women in my event which make them uncomfortable... He was not actively assisting with or resolving the issues that came up during the event. In the end, we had to handle the cleaning ourselves and put away the chairs, even though this should not have been our responsibility and we even paid for this service. To make matters worse, we were being pressured to leave as early as 10:40 p.m., even though our reserved time was until 11:30 p.m. Overall, the lack of working facilities, inadequate support, and the way we were treated at the end of the event made this a very disappointing experience. At this point I'm still waiting for a response and my deposit back from the owner. Venue overall is good and taken care of but the issues through out my event and the personal who supposed to be assisting on my event not doing his actual job makes me thing double about recommending to others and thinking if I want to reserve back to my future events

I was at work and couldn't sign or pay the deposit right away. Within about 3 hours of receiving it, they messaged me to say the date was no longer available because another client had booked and paid in full. What frustrates me is that I was never told another client was also actively interested in the same date, especially given that their own delay in sending the contract ate into the time I had to respond. Had I known I was in a race for the date, I would have dropped what I was doing to secure it immediately. A simple heads-up, like "someone else is interested, you may want to prioritize this," would have changed everything. Instead, communication only came after the date was already gone. Overall, I found the process unprofessional and disappointing, and one that could have been avoided with a bit more transparency.
