Once, I made a mistake and got an eyebrow wax somehwere else and they took too much and I could feel each hair ripped off - ouch! Kasie's new spot in Bellevue is easy to find and now better parking! Appointments are easy to navigate online and she has pretty good hours for busy schedules. I found Kasie a few months ago (thanks to Yelp and all the positive reviews) after living in the area for a few years. I had a wonderful esthetician in Henderson, NV where I lived previously, and I was unable to find anyone remotely as good as her until I met Kasie. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait! Kasie is an amazing waxer. She is not only detailed to perfection, but also makes you feel super comfortable. I have very thick dark eyebrows and she makes them look gorgeous when she is done with them. The atmosphere of the studio is also great. It's very calming and quiet. Kasie is awesome at brows. I bet I'll go back for more services but I was in desperate need of some brow attention and she did just that. She took her time and we chatted about my brows, likes/dislikes etc. which I'd never done before. She explained her plan before waxing and was sure to ask about any issues prior to beginning. She took her time waxing (no pain, hardly even red!), plucking, trimming and checking for symmetry. What I LOVED was how she then explained the shape, and long term plan for perfect brows. What to leave alone, what it will look like when blank part grows in etc. It was wonderful! I plan to stick with the every 5-6 weeks and get perfect brows thanks to Kasie.
