The front desk staff was not very kind or welcoming during checkout. I was made to feel embarrassed for not knowing that two extra waxing strips would cost an additional $22, and that the travel-size wipes were $13 after being told they were free. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I wasn't treated very well by the front desk. While I appreciated the kindness of the person who provided the service, the checkout experience really impacted how I felt leaving the appointment. She repeatedly pulled and pushed my face forcefully to move my head instead of communicating with me politely and handling me with care. Her attitude and rough movements made me feel as though she was treating me with anger rather than professionalism. She also burped in front of me during the service, which I found extremely unprofessional. She was whispering things in her language while attending to me, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she left my face covered in hair, did not properly clean my skin, and did not even offer me a tissue to wipe my face. My skin was left horribly irritated, and she did not offer aloe vera or any soothing product to help calm the irritation. The entire experience felt careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, gentleness, and professionalism, especially during a facial service. I paid for a service and left feeling uncomfortable, poorly treated, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the way customers are treated.
