The proof is in the photo. Leo did a terrible job. End of story. None of the photos are taken straight on. Every photo he took, that I have is at an angle so you can only see one at a time. Red flag number one. I don't know the name of the thing he used to make the markings and I don't care. If you want to sit here and deny that I didn't tell Leo over and over the beginning of this one goes in farther, multiple times, and that the tails were different, then you are both liars. I don't want to come in "get the fixed" bc one, they shouldn't have been so fucked up it looks like I have had a stroke... two, I don't want them any thicker than they already are! And not one single time did Leo ever say they are going to be uneven until they are healed. They are literally two different eyebrows. What else am I supposed to say after I told him OVER AND OVER how different they were? Yeah I'm going to say I love them and walk out. Instead of trying to argue just apologize and move on. It's pathetic you tried to get my review removed. Yes, I did tell him to do just do whatever.... After I told him SO many times what IIIIII wanted and he wasn't understanding. If you can't do a lifted tail, evenly, then say that? And yes, I did get my eyebrows micro bladed FOUR YEARS AGO and decided a year or so ago to scrub the rest of it off bc they were very arched and that look is out! I like a straight, lifted brow. Is that a crime? Do you want to argue and insult me anymore? The eyebrows he did suck, Leo should own it. I have two completely different eyebrows and I hate them. They are shaped completely different from each other. I guess if you like the generic brow they do with a template it's good or have a thick full brow you just wanted more defined.... I hate them so much I'm actually crying. I'm guessing they only have five star reviews because anything less they have them taken down... they tried to have my taken down anyways. Leo did my eyebrows terribly. They look so different from each other. I told him before he even started I like a straight brow, not much of an arch with a lifted tail. I told him multiple times. I didn't like the shape he stenciled on so he wiped the tails off and drew them on. Now one goes straight down and the other goes out. I kept telling him over this tail is going down this tail is going down and the other is going straight out. And most importantly, he has such a kindness and personality that made me feel so welcomed. The studio is so cute and clean despite their prep for their new studio. Yet another wonderful service which is very shy about its Exact Location. Lashes to Lashes on Via De La Valle is just east of the Del Mar fairgrounds, in the Flower Hill Promenade shopping complex. That's exit 36 off of I-5 (from either the north or south). The tricky bit is that it's in the lower level of shops, a collective called "The Row", accessible via the stairs at the center of the mall. So, you enter the driveway of Flower Hill, park, and then look for the center stairs. You'll see the prominent Spa Blue sign as you pull into the complex, which makes finding the stairs easy. L2L is on the lower level on the left, almost immediately after you go down the stairs. ** If you go to page 3 of the photos included with this business, I have posted a map and pictures. ** For some reason, they're not loading as attached with my review. The studio is immaculate, with a small waiting room and two treatment rooms, all of which are tastefully decorated. There's always a warm scent of spice and honey from the artisanal candles in the salon. Danielle Macias is a beautiful, intelligent woman who definitely knows her business. I saw her for a microblading consultation (age has left me nearly eyebrow-less), and she did a wonderful job with shaping what my new eyebrows would look like. Amazing what a difference eyebrows make to your face. She is a good listener and a skilled technician, willing to work with a client's wishes, all the while keeping the result natural-looking. She's also very good at establishing genuine rapport (e.g., we both love dogs). I was also impressed that Ms. Macias keeps abreast of current trends and progress in her field. She attends conferences and seminars so that she is up-to-date on the latest techniques. I look forward to seeing her for my first microblading treatment in january 2016. I'm really happy with how my brows have lasted. I was planning ahead and called around the 8 month mark for my 1 year touch-up. Danielle's schedule is booked months in advance, so I was lucky to get an appointment with her sooner than I expected. I went in to see Danielle 2 weeks ago and she recommended that I go a little fuller and slightly darker. I told her "do what you think is best" and I hopped on the table. Is it crazy to let someone start tattooing your face without asking any questions? Probably. Danielle microbladed my eyebrows, two visits over several weeks. I was referred to her by my daughter-in-law, who does my eyelash extensions, and also had her eyebrows microbladed by Danielle. I got a keratin lash lift and tint and my eyelashes were curled totally unevenly-- one of them was wrapped so tightly that it actually just turned back onto itself and constantly got stuck in my eye. Unfortunately there is no way to correct it with makeup. The other one looked fine, but was nothing to write home about. I've been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed for sometime now. I did my due diligence prior to making an appointment with Danielle. She really is the best in the area. Fyi she is usually booked 3-4 months out so plan accordingly. You don't want to groupon something like this. This is semi permanent makeup people! I have pretty sparse eyebrows and after a horrible waxing incident many years ago they never grew back! I've tried all the serums, gels, and even hair vitamins hoping for them to grow but no luck. I'm a busy and super active mom. I don't have time to put on makeup and even if I did it gets sweated off at the gym. To me brows are like the curtains to your eyes! They truly frame your face and open up the eyes. I love the microbladed look of hair like strokes. I wanted something natural not a harsh tattooed line. I didn't know what to expect going into my appointment. Danielle was so warm and answered my many questions so patiently. I knew it was going to hurt I mean she is literally scrapping a blade on your skin! I will admit the first couple of strokes are painful. She needs to break the skin so the numbing cream she applies will soak in. Once the skin gets nice and numb you won't feel any pain-thank god! The entire procedure for your first appointment lasts about two hours. She starts by drawing in your brows with a pencil with detailed measurements then proceeds to use the blade. She is very meticulous in her work. After our appointment I started to understand why this procedure is so costly. It takes up a lot of her time. Included in the price is also a touch up treatment 6 weeks later. The second appointment is much shorter maybe an hour tops. Things no one told me that would happen after your microblading session...you will look like Bert from Sesame Street the next day! Plan to hide out for the next week while your brows recover. Like any cut into your skin it will get dark as it starts to scab then peel away. For me the getting dark part was the hardest. Hide under a hat if you must go out in public. It will look like someone took a thick black sharpie to your brows! I did have a moment where I thought to myself WTF did I do!!? Once it starts to scab the skin begins to heal itself from underneath. Try not to peel as it can peel away some of the color! Be patient in the healing process the results are worth it! A couple weeks later my brows healed up nicely and I was so happy with them! Some parts may look not colored in or some hair strokes may have disappeared but do not panic. Your second session with Danielle takes care of all of those issues. I am now almost 6 months post blading and very satisfied with the results! It's so nice to wake up and feel made up. No makeup for me anymore no fuss! It has shaved off so much time for me in the long run. For the cost I'm hoping these brows will last me at least a year or two! I will update my review then. Last I heard her cost was $750 (don't quote me that) Some areas in LA and NYC are charging upwards of $1000. You are paying for convenience and for me it has been worth it! read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dani! I had microblading done for the first time, and I could not be more pleased with the results. She answered all of my questions, was very thorough, friendly, and extremely easy to talk to. I over tweezed (like most of us did) in my early 20's, and as a result most of my hair never grew back. Dani did an amazing job at making my eyebrows look fuller and thicker, yet still looking natural. I'm so happy with them, and no longer have to use makeup to fill them in.
