They painted over my cuticles instead of cleaning them up properly, didn't even file my nails, and injured the cuticle above my toenail, causing it to bleed. There is still dried blood on my toe. They also applied rubbing alcohol to the injured area without warning me first, which burned badly. Overall, the service felt rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. For paying $45, I expected much better care and attention to detail. The quality of the pedicure did not match the price, and I left feeling disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Cindy Nails. I hope they improve their cleanliness, attention to detail, and the care they provide to their customers so no one else has a similar experience.

Two walls of polish were my first stop. The colors were deep, sophisticated, and current. Once I chose the polishes, I was seated and offered a beverage. My nail technician was interested in what I wanted, asked some questions, AND made a suggestion about the base color for my French Tip. He was absolutely correct. My fingernails are perfect, shaped the way I wanted them. My pedicure, again I was asked what I wanted. My toes are perfect too. I simply love the color "Audry". The background music was soothing, and the overall energy of the salon allowed the walking "nerve" that I felt like I was when I entered the salon, to relax. I was taking deep breaths. What didn't happen? No televisions in every corner blasting a "news" program or sports. The polish choices were not mostly glitter or geared for a much youmger patron. The technicians acknowledged me, made eye contact, and they were interested in how my nails looked at the end of my appointment. Conversations were not between technicians or on their phones. My last nail appointment, the technician was on her phone the entire time. Apex offers private rooms for wedding, birthday, couples or girlfriends pedicure parties. Salon servces will be epanding to include hair and eyelashes. Having my nails done is a form of self care, a treat to have about an hour to myself. After sitting here for over an hour trying to remove the acrylic I am unfolding many other issues that are now wrong with my toenails. Even the ones without acrylic.
