When I walked in the other day, I was greeted by an employee with bright pink hair who offered me a shopping bag. I politely declined and started walking into the store to browse. Instead of letting me shop, she continued talking to me while following me around the store. I tried several times to politely disengage by continuing to browse, but she kept following me and speaking very loudly. The interaction quickly went from friendly to overwhelming. I understand greeting customers and offering assistance, but this employee seemed unable to recognize that I wanted to shop on my own. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and like I couldn't simply browse in peace. By the end of it, I just wanted to leave and come back another day. I've never experienced anything like this at this location before, which is disappointing because I genuinely enjoy shopping here. I hope this employee receives some coaching on reading customers' body language and recognizing when someone is politely trying to end a conversation. Great customer service isn't just about being outgoing... it's also about knowing when to step back and give customers the space to enjoy their shopping experience.

Until today , it's been impossible to find a stylist that is good, affordable, and pleasant. Kim is awesome and everything I was looking for in a stylist. Thankfully the Yelpers have lead me to this place. She is very very very good with shaved undercuts with razor textured top. They have tanning too. I'm going to check that out also. I HIGHLY recommend this place . Thank you Yelpers for helping me find my new stylist.
