Got a new full set done for my hawai'i trip and they look amazing! I showed a few pictures as reference for what I wanted done, and they NAILED it. This is by far the best set I've gotten done. She paid attention to details and went above and beyond to complete this set. I'm writing this review 3 weeks later, but there's no lifting in sight. I'll definitely be back!

Cuticles still haven't healed after the rough job after 9 days

This was the 2nd time I had visited Cindy's. Two times there and two different experiences. We all know it's all about the tech. I'm not sure what the name was of the one doing gel nails for me but she was rough. Since I have them done every two or three weeks, I think I've had a bunch of comparisons. I had a couple bleeding cuticles and several red areas which zinged a bit when she kept spraying them with alcohol. This was gels! She asked if my cuticles had always been that way .. what way? It had only been two weeks since the last manicure. I'm glad the experience is behind me because there won't be another visit here. Now the next morning. There is nothing "nice" about the look of my nail beds. They are either a tad swollen or reddish. The cuticle looks chopped up. Now 9 days later the cuticles still have not gotten back to "normal" so I posted a picture of them. I'm sure glad I wasn't just having my nails done for a special occasion. Once they heal I'll have them done again ... elsewhere.

I arrived at Cindy's nails, and the place looked very nice elegant and classy. They told me it was remodeled three months ago. Everyone was very nice and spoken English very well. They told me it would not be a problem to do a design and started on my pedicure. I was pleased and enjoyed the service. I also had a manicure and I, enjoyed that as well. Everyone was very nice. The services were good. I will definitely come here again. They also gave me the password to the Wi-Fi so that I could stream my shows while having my services.

Everything about the service was bad, massage, filing (she even filed my ankle with the metal file), was rough on my toes when "removing" cuticles causing it to be painful. She clearly didn't know what she was doing, and by the end of the service the lady that did my friend's nails applied my nail polish, which also wasn't great. I would NEVER recommend this place if you want your money to go to an average service. This was an awful and poor experience, to say the least. I feel bad for people who think the service in here is good. Looking the pictures now, I'm in shock that this place has clients.

BEST NAIL PLACE IN LONGVIEW!! I came in for a fix after a bad experience with another shop and Kimmy communicated with me the entire way through making sure I was happy with everything she was doing. My friends and I were doing a road trip and did a pit stop at Cindy's Nails Salon. Absolutely loved our service & the lovely ladies who worked on us. A funny little story: my friend gave us four options to pick from and we all decided that it'll be fun to pick the sketchiest looking one from the photos we saw online. We arrived and the outside did look just a tiny bit sketched. But the inside was nothing like the outside!! We were so impressed with our decisions!! My nail tech was MiMi and she was super talkative and friendly the entire time. I came back a second time with significant other and both for pedis-- Mimi recognized me right away! And we ended up chatting like the last time I was there. I got a different person this time, but she was so sweet as well. I got a gel pedicure the time the first time and it lasted me almost 3 months without chipping! This time I got the deluxe pedi in which they'd massage and use different facial masks and various different techniques on smoothing your legs. It was good, but I personally think the price was too high for the type of "deluxe" service it gave. Nonetheless, still had a great time. I would come back for regular pedis but most likely won't do the deluxe again. Just a friendly reminder that the best case is for you to call in beforehand as they can get quite busy. We just got lucky both times and ended up with spots right away. I really enjoyed both my experiences here and will be coming back every time I visit Portland. read more

After my nightmare at another salon in town, my brow girl highly recommended Cindy's. Mimi did my manicure and pedicure. She was incredible. I usually do dip powder but my nails were so messed up and short from the other salon she recommended gel for now until they grow which I really appreciated. Most salons will push things for more money and she didn't. I will absolutely be back! You can see a slight "cut" on my middle finger, that is not from here, it's from the other salon, they really messed up my nails and toes and Cindy's definitely made them look way better while they are growing back out. read more

I just had the most wonderful, relaxing pedicure ever...at Cindy's Nails in Longview, WA. Anna took care of me beautifully. I drove from Astoria today to get my nails down here! Yes all the way from Astoria Oregon. Kimmy was so wonderful. They were very busy today and even though they were running behind my FULL SET of almond shaped acrylics were done in 40 minutes! Fastest nail set I've ever had in my life and they look amazing! This salon used to be one of the best in town. It's just gone down hill and fast the last few years. It just seems like none of the techs really care to be there or do a decent job. They are rough and don't listen to what the customer wants. I have went back hoping to get a good set of nails like I used to get from here and was highly disappointed. My nails are flat with no shape to them, a set of press ons would look better. The acrylic is down over my cuticles causing pain and lifting. The nails are already lifting from the nail at the top also. (It's been a day)It's honestly a waste of $50 I will not be returning. read more

Well I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because they are so incredibly nice there. I wish I could say I had a great job done...but my pedicure seemed as if the girl wasn't really wanting to be there. She was very sweet but barely exfoliated any rough spots and my massage was about 30 seconds per leg and she only did around the ankles and then rubbed oil up to my knee one time. The polish was beautiful she did a great job. As far as my nails went, they were thick, uneven, some longer than others and some glued crookedly. Two were smaller than my nail beds on the side so they are catching on things. They go up on the ends rather than the natural curve downward, they definitely look fake. I ended up filing them for a half an hour when I got home. I had read great reviews about Brian, don't know if I just had a bad experience or what, but I would not recommend to anyone wanting a natural looking nail. They are so thick at the ends. Maybe good if you are a mechanic or are incredibly hard on your nails. Too bad since everyone spoke great English and were really nice to me, but don't think I'd want to go back. read more

Had a bad experience at US Nails so I looked up reviews, and got told by multiple people Kimmy & Brian here we're the best. So I made an appointment got the old nails took off, and a new set put on. Kimmy did them, and did excellent work - she even gave me a special deal for being a first timer there. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing, everything was wonderfully clean, the staff was so nice and friendly and my nails look GREAT! Love this place. The do amazing work. Brian does free handed art work, and it's amazing how well it is. Looks like a sticker instead of free handed. I get such great compliment on my nails on a daily bases. Where I work, I am working with the public and I have a lot of people that come in to were I work to eat and when they come to pay for their meals, love looking at my beautiful nail art. Always happy with my set when I leave. Kimmy usually does mine and she is great. They all are. I've heard people complain about the cost but you get what you pay for.
