However, I did get a bad cut from my nails being filed with an emery board file. I had only noticed on my way home as I have a high pain tolerance and assumed I was just sore. I do think that the nail tech noticed because he gave me the nail file and buffer which was a first for me. I think I'd be back but I would probably bring up the cut with them because I wouldn't want it to happen again. I think it was an accident but I wish they would've said something after noticing, or had given me a small discount. I'm also not sure if I was supposed to be charged $70 for a fill. Everything else I was pleased with.

I ended up paying, of course, went home and used my own stuff to moisturize them. Overall, decent vibe inside but not interested in returning. $20 for a removal with crappy customer service and dry nails? No thanks.

Today, something on my big toe was either cut or pulled (which actually startled me). It bled for quite a while and they did not have band-Aids at the salon. The color was applied hastily and looks awful. The first time that I came to this salon, my leg massage was so hard that I had to ask them to be more gentle. She complained about the black powder getting in the pink powder, even though she offered it as an option, the whole time. She dremeled around my cuticles so much they were bleeding when I got home. The way she applied the dip powder has made bubbles over the black and now it looks like shades of grey. Less than 12 hours later the clear top coat is already peeling off. I wouldnt recommend for dip nails.
