I went in to get my nails removed and they were super dry, no cuticle oil or lotion.. and they charged me $20. At first, she drilled them, then used cuticle cutters to get underneath and this other flat tool wedge through the entire nail which hurt so I tugged away once, then she continued and I tugged away again, then she went and got the little thing to put your fingers in for a soak off and also did not say a word to me this entire time besides the end when I had to pay and it was quite obvious she was irritate, soo.. I ended up paying, of course, went home and used my own stuff to moisturize them. Overall, decent vibe inside but not interested in returning. $20 for a removal with crappy customer service and dry nails? No thanks. read more

This place gave me a MRSA infection. After getting the most aggressive calf (really shin bone) massage of my life on one leg (I asked him not to do the other one because it hurt so bad) I got what felt like bug bites and then developed into swollen painful bumps. Went to urgent care today, and it's a MRSA infection. Took me two visits to the clinic to find out that it wasn't staph, but MRSA, which required stronger antibiotics. Once I got home, I had a delayed allergic reaction to the antibiotics and ended up in the ER, all because of this disgusting place. The infection got so much worse than what is in these pictures, and required lancing and manual expression, which was one of the most painful experiences of my life because you can't adequately numb up a MRSA infection because of how it attacks the nerves. Things I never knew but can now never forget. The guy was wearing broken gloves, which I found weird but they don't always wear gloves so I didn't dwell on it. Big mistake. After doing more research on this company, it appears that they do not even have an active license with the DOL. BEWARE!! read more

I went in and got full set of acrylic nails and let's just say they're not so good.... My thumb and index finger are crooked. The nails are not smooth at all. They're so lumpy my middle fingers look like a little club skinny at the nail bed and fat at the tip.... I should've went with my gut. I wasn't gonna go because when I walked in. had a great experience once & then a terrible one with the same people. as for my bad experience they redid my nails twice before I even had them put the nail extensions on I asked twice "are you able & capable of doing this design" yes was said twice as well!!! they weren't so they had to redo the design mid way through. we found a happy medium that was able to be achieved. not only were they $80 & too long I insisted on shorter they refused. also they lifted & fell off a week & a half later!!! I've never had nails last me shorter then 3 weeks. they always last. super upset I spent $80 on nails that lasted me under two weeks. read more

Changing my review. Several times now I was greeted with "We don't have time for you" and today I was requesting they fix the nails that I had done a week ago that were cracking. She accused me of "picking at things" but really this has happened twice. I will no longer give them my business and they need to learn how to not be rude to customers. Stopped by today on my way through town and lucked out! The owners are both very nice and great at their craft. I got the deluxe pedi and a mani with gel. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and clean. Will definitely be back. Currently it's just the two of them working so I highly recommend making an appointment. This is a great place for a Pedicure! My wife and I make it a point to stop in every time we are in town. It's hard to find a good pedicure spot and when you find one, you return. I can't speak for other services but if they are anything like their pedicures than they are top notch. They are always super polite, friendly, and the place is clean.
