This is mainly a rating for their service. Oh wait, there is none. I was there a tad early but not acknowledged. Still I waited and waited and waited. I also entertainted (or is it babysitting) one of the employee's kid. After waiting absolutely too long without an acknowledgement and lots of fun and chatter going on, I walked out. I love DT Nails I have always had a great experience. But, I had a pedicure a few weeks ago. The young guy that was doing my pedicure cut my cuticle on my L great toe. As he was doing it I said " ouch". My great toe turned red and swollen a few days after. I treated it with Neosporin. If I go back, I'll choose someone different to do my pedicure. read more

The foot bath and massage were nice, and the technician did a good job painting my nails. I just thought it strange that they have a menu of different types of pedicures, and they didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. They just did what they wanted. I went here to get my eyebrows done and the lady didn't say one thing to me the whole time. She didn't sterilize my eyebrows first for makeup or anything and she ripped almost my whole eyebrow off. She had wax on my eyelids. Just very poor service! read more

Horrible service. Made an appointment a day in advance, appointment started 20 minutes late. Sat and wasted time while chairs were filled. Do they not appreciate or respect appointments? Pedicure looks nice but the bottoms of my feet are still rough. My shellac manicure was completely rushed and done in 20 minutes and I have crooked nails and some not fully covered in polish. To top it off I asked for a nail tip on my middle finger because it had broken quite short. The tech explained it would look fine once all were filed. No, I have one stubby nail among 9 longer nails. Why pay to get your nails done if they don't even look well done? Very disappointed and won't ever be back. read more

This place sucks at manicures. I came in to get a manicure and it was the most pitiful job. No massage, soaked my hands in cold water for 2 minutes and cut around my nails which lead to bleeding. The nails themselves look nice but the lady was so impolite and did not want to associate in conversation or even say thank you. After my nails were done with the gel she did not even spray with rubbing alcohol to ensure they were solidified. The whole process took 30 minutes. I am not at all impressed with this place especially since at other places they give you a massage on hands, lotion, and take their time to do a nice job. I really do not recommend. read more

I have a sloppy natural manicure. My nails were filed too short. I had to ask 3 times to please clean under my nails. (Lots of soil underneath, thats why I was there, duh?). They still have dirt in there. The cuticle trimming was too brief and not done well. The polishing was quick and my fingers were not cleaned of the polish. Uggg. read more

DT Nails, Longview WA Would of liked to give it more stars but....I called to check availability for my husband and I to get pedicures. They said can you be here in 20 min. We got there in 15 and they said give us 10 more minutes. Place was full and people were waiting. They got our chairs ready to soak our feet (along with one other lady) and finally started on my husband after about 40 min. One of the guys finished a mani and started working on the other lady about 10 min later. I sat for a little over an hour with my feet soaking and when my husband was done we needed to go. They said sorry, come back tomorrow. All together one and a half hours from a busy schedule and nothing done. Two other ladies came in at 4:50 for 5:00 appointments and they told them it would be 30 min. Not sure how long they waited. They need to get more help and only make appointments they can keep. Very frustrating! At least offer something for inconvenience. I won't be going back there. read more
