The lady that was there was super helpful in giving us an idea on how to choose the style and was more than helpful in laying out the rugs for us to view. Overall, we walked out with two beautiful rugs that looks amazing in our home. We also found an assortment of perfumes/colognes and was able to pick up a sample box for my husband to try out. There were a lot of home goods available such as furniture, candles, lotions, tables, couches, etc. I had the pleasure of meeting Maren, the store owner. She was such a spectacularly sweet person. It was my first time visiting the Calistoga area, and Maren made my day with her kind personality. I truly enjoyed our conversation, especially with her recommendations for local restaurants/food. I also learned that Accompli has been opened since 2008 in Denver, Colorado. However, the business finally came out to Calistoga around August 2023. After exploring the store, I decided to purchase two lotions. The scents were Sweet Almond and Wild Rose. The price point was great! I found a beautifully crafted hair tie and asked if there were more, so my daughter and I would have matching ties. She looked through the basket and said that she would make one on the spot! We had a bit more shopping to do, so we returned to discover a pair of beautifully matched hair ties in a beautiful, sturdy fabric that will last for years. They thoughtfully retained and carefully cleaned the original hardware, which adds so much character and charm. The delicate veneer wood tops on the nightstands were expertly restained and now look rich and intentional rather than worn. Beyond the cosmetic transformation, their craftsmanship and service truly impressed me. They repaired broken dresser drawer tracks so everything functions smoothly again, and they even fixed an old light inside one of the drawers that hasn't worked in years. I was closest to three employees gathered around a cart in center aisle. one girl one guy with a mustache. Again the bathroom was urgent. I Simply asked where the bathroom was. The male employee with mustache retorted in the most rude tone possible DONT HAVE ONE! As he walked past me. SUPER RUDE.
