During my pedicure today I'm pretty sure they used a used foot scrubber. Did not give a foot massage. The lady was digging her hand into a jar full of scrub with out changing gloves etc that sits on her cart. All very unsanitary. My 9 year olds nails ended up being $40 which is already crazy enough. But they didn't even clean the dirt from under her nails. Im a extremely faithful client to a business who does good business and work but i unfortunately will no longer be coming back. And as a business owner too- if my complaints are not considered part of the service, don't list it or when trying to retain returning customers going a little extra mile such as cleaning dirt under nails on a child's $40 paint doesn't hurt. Good luck only leaving 2 stars because they do a good french
