I contacted them through Facebook messenger and they were very responsive. I wasn't sure what treatment I wanted to have done so I booked a consultation and time for the treatment as well. When I arrived I noted T studio is very clean. I was the first appointment of the day at 10 AM so I didn't have any issues with waiting. After filling out some paperwork Shelby sat with me and explained the different options we had to address my skin concerns. I like that there were many different options at different price points. After we had decided on a treatment plan shall be proceeded with the procedure. I went with the Radio frequency skin resurfacing. The procedure itself was uncomfortable but that is not anyone's fault. They do have an option to apply a numbing cream however it is at an extra cost. I would recommend it though because I did have tears streaming down my face near the end of the treatment. Next time, I will apply my own numbing cream prior to going to the studio which is an option that they also recommend. It is now two weeks later and my skin is already showing the positive effects of the treatment. I am very pleased! Overall this is a great studio with knowledgable staff who can help you address your skin concerns.

You don't need to make an appointment, they accept walk-ins. I have never had to wait for a waxing, I just come in and they have me in the seat right away. They also do haircuts, styling, and coloring, although I've never had my hair cut here yet. They sell hair care products which include brands like AG, which is the one I swear by. I first discovered Lulu when I was searching for some affordable AG, and they were selling it pretty cheap but didn't have it in stock at the time. Instead they made a rush order and put some aside for me to pick up, which I thought was pretty cool. Nothing was jumping out at me, so she went to the back and produced a sample that one of her reps had left for her. I was the perfect guinea pig. Fabulous. I asked for a micro trim and she complied. She also insisted that if I was to keep my hair long, I was in terrible need of a deep conditioning treatment. Very well. The whole visit cost $100.00. My second visit was for root touch up. I wanted to keep the same colour, but she had forgotten to order my colour product from the rep. I let her mix one up in the back at her discretion. She was training a new staff member and the procedure took forever. The end result was a colour I did not care for, but I liked the trim and I thought that the price was fair. I started colouring my own hair after that, but I still was wanting a nice, fresh cut for Summer. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was seated right away. Luckily, Lulu is open 7 days per week. After making my desires clear (to a stylist I had not met before), she repeated my instructions ver betam and I was confident that I would have 1- 1/2 inches cut and some long layers throughout. I was a little stunned to see 6 inches disappear. Whoa! I looked really good. I could not fault her for doing me a huge favour in the end by getting rid of all the damaged hair I had been hanging onto for old times sake. I kind of staggered out of there like a zombie, but once I came to my senses, I started strutting around like a peacock. I know I only gave 2 stars, but I will undoubtedly return and update the review.. It's not a glamorous place, but you will feel welcome, you'll get a cup of tea or coffee, and you won't be broke when you leave.
