I came in for a blow dry for a work event. I decided to do this last minute and even though they were pretty booked that day they managed to squeeze me in. I was happy with my hair that day. I found out they do massages so I decided to schedule a 90 minute massage the next day with Rosa. Rosa did an excellent job with my massage. She really listened to what I wanted and needed. I was in from out of town and I have a regular massage therapist at home. I'm no stranger to a massage table. Rosa is definitely one of the best massage therapist's out there. The amount of time and detail she spent on my pedicure was amazing. She does amazing work and offered me a glass of wine. This place is beautiful and very relaxing. I am very disappointed in this place. I went last week to cut just the ends of my hair since I had blow dried my hair at home. Well, the owner of the place charged me $35 just for cutting my ends. without washing or drying my hair. Not even in Miami,charge you like they do in this place. I won't come back again. I write this review so that they don't take your money so blatantly. Be careful. Find another place. read more

They fixed the haircut. Looks ALOT better especially straight. I think if you have very thick hair know that messing with the volume can go horrible. I had only one stylist in the past take volume off and it looked amazing straight. Overall I like the cut. Not bad. Will come back since they did fix the issue which is important since we all make mistakes :) will update once my hair gets fixed If you have THICK hair DO NOT EVER let them use a shear on your hair. The stylist I went to did a great job toning my hair but she over did the ends. She gave me the WORST haircut of my life. You can see through my ends and it looks horrible straight. It's very uneven and ugly. Even at work the nurses asked me who ruined my hair. I hope they can fix it. I get so upset whenever I style my hair because it looks so horrible. Feeling beautiful, she knows how to cut and style, highlight and the BEST is the balayage she did for my hair!!! She took her time understood what color worked best for me and the time I needed to maintain. This is my hairdresser for my Florida life!!! Long post but must be shared! So Nate was just ripped off by a local hair salon. He wanted his hair highlighted and everything has been getting his way to get it done. So I call a local salon. They make an appt for him the next day and then make an appt for Selena the same day with the same hairdresser. But when I get there they gave Selena someone else. Okay fine not happy but fine. Today Nate goes in for his Partial highlights is what I was told it was called since he only has hair on the top. She does them she asks him if she can blow dry so she can see the color (he wears his hair curly) so he said okay fine. Then he is leaving.... 151.00!!! Mind you he has never had this done so he pays thinking that is the charge. 1st of all they charged him for a full highlight, a freaking blowout, the toner!!!!!! and a credit charge! So I call and ask for a manager. She tells me she is busy with a client. So I leave her a message to call me. I get a phone call back and this little girl gives me her name and I say okay I have a problem with my son being charged for full highlight when he doesn't have a full head of hair. She proceeded to tell me that he was charged that because they don't have a charge for micro... Highlights!!!! Wtf!!! Then I went off! She then said to me she is not a manager she just answers phones... Then why did you call me back?! This salon is garbage! You can't charge for something you didn't do or something he didn't ask for. I want everyone to stay away for this salon because if we don't review nobody knows that they rip people off! Please share so this does not happen to your friends. I am always happy when I get my brows threaded by Erum! You can call to make an appointment or just walk-in but I do not like to wait around so I call ahead! The receptionist is very friendly and Erum always makes sure you are happy with your result ... she also does facials and other services! I love going to this hair salon. They're all so nice and seem to really care about you. I love Desire, she's my go to. She does a great job and I get lots of compliments on my hair when I get a cut and color from her. Not to mention I love talking to her. She's great! The salon is clean and nice environment. But so overpriced. I paid $150 for highlights and $35 for toner so $185 in total not even including tip and I left with wet hair (because the blow drying not included$$... what??? On a $186 service??) Just over priced compared to other high class salons in the area who would not let you walk out with wet hair. read more

Please do not visit this salon. It's such a rip off. This last time that I went just for a haircut that lasted less than 10 minutes.. the stylist didn't do anything to my hair. She cut one line across the bottom and that was it. Didn't measure for lengths. When I got home I checked my hair, one side longer than the other. Completely uneven . She just ran the scissors once one way and that was it.. I was shocked and it's been the fastest "haircut in my life" so unfair after I paid so much money. She didn't care that's just the bottom line. I'm so upset at this point. Now, I must find another place to fix this mess. And pay who knows how much more. Don't be fooled by the place. They don't have it together and don't know how to do hair. Now I'm stuck with this hideous cut. The fastest cut and rip off of a life time :( read more

Studio G came highly recommended by several of my neighbors when I was looking for a nail salon. They were absolutely right. The nail tech, Diana, who did my nails (both hands and a pedicure) was thorough and meticulous. My nails are acrylics with gel polish and she found me gel that had matching regular polish for my toenails. I've had my haircut done twice here with Debbie. Once to blend in the keratin extensions that I had installed myself and once after removing my extensions. Both times, she did a fabulous job! She's a very sweet girl who takes her time, listens to your needs and is very patient to get it exactly right until you're content with the outcome. read more

The lady who did my mothers hair destroyed it in minutes. Unfortunately i cant be positive in regards to the experience. I was next after my mother, but after her results I instantly cancelled my appointment. They stop everything to answer their cellphones, and there was no effort to have a conversation with the client. Not a good experience and my mother had to cut off about 6 inches off her hair to get rid of the damage. (obviously not there) TOO EXPENSIVE NOT WORTH IT. read more
