I started training with Tj Michael few months ago. Back during covid before I got my shot I did virtual trainings and they were awesome! Since those days I have gone in since I've gotten my vaccine. It's absolutely fantastic to work in person as well and he is as well and since he has all the gym equipment he needs it makes it much easier on me as well. Whether you do virtually or in person he does an amazing job but I do have to say I like in-person better. TJ Michael has been fantastic. He tailors all the workouts to exactly what I need. When I first started with him I had major back problems to where I couldn't even walk. Now hes helped me slowly get my back "back in shape", haha! Every week we go over our new exercise routine. It's fantastic too because it doesn't strain my back at all but it helps me strengthen all the muscles that I need it's just that I need to keep my back loose and my hips free. My wife also goes to see Tj as she wants to build muscle and keep lean. We have very different workouts which shows me he is very versatile! That brings me to his professionalism and respect. Tj likes to get measurements so he can keep track of your progress. He doesn't require it though. We both wanted to do it though and he made the whole process so easy. He was very respectful and had us help measure so we were more comfortable. He is the best! His level of professionalism and fantastic listening skills far exceeded our expectations. He also hears everything you have to say and need that you have and he'll tailor the experience to you. When you go in you'll have an initial evaluation and then he'll come up with a starting routine and he'll go over everything with you before you start to make sure everything sounds okay to you. We loved our studio and the performances; we were looking for what we had in California. Well, we found it and it came with sound instruction and discipline which resulted in amazing productions! Both my son and daughter attended Sultanov for the last 8 years and have danced in numerous Nutcracker Performances and wonderful spring performances such as Swan Lake and Don Quixote. Artur Sultanov works closely with the students and offers private classes which further develop their skills for advanced roles in performances and the opportunity to compete in dance competitions. We attended both YAGP and ADC IBC dance completions which resulted in attending nationals in both Tampa and New York. The training our children received at SBA developed them to go on to other opportunities, both dancing at their schools working toward higher education in dance. The guy that fixes and does maintenance is very sweet. The only thing I would say, which is something 24 is not fault for is the fact that people spit their gum outside in the front. I don't know why people do this, but it's not cool. They also provide paper towels and sanitizer, which is really nice. I do wish more people cleaned up after they are done with the equipment though! I enjoy working out there!!

I belonged to 24 hour fitness before Covid and I have since started going to a community center…read moregym. Since 24HF has senior fitness classes on the days that my community center doesn't, I decided to go. I'm older and use the One Pass that comes with Medicare Insurance. When I approached the classroom where the senior fitness classes are taught, I was appalled at how crowded it was. There were at least 50 people in the room, possibly more. There wasn't enough room to move around without smacking the person next to you. I told The downstairs person (who was working alone and running all over the gym doing other duties). He told me that they are allowed 60 people in that class. I asked if they check to make sure every person is reserved? And they don't. Yes, I get my membership for free. But before Covid I paid around $700/a year for my membership and that would really piss me off to try to go to a class that was not being managed as far as reservations and overcrowding go. I think I'm going to look into a different gym for my extra workout workouts.

We have gone multiple times and now was told that they likely wont heat it this summer. My toddler left with blue lips... kids are all huddled up at the hot tube and its too cold for parents to go in with their kids. Membership was raised and at this point if we can't swim for the summer as a family its likely we will be looking into other family gyms such as Lifetime or Villa sport.... Hopefully the management will change their minds- its clearly a cost issue, but in the long run may make things worse if more families choose to cancel their memberships. On the gym side of things I find the gym equipment and track nice but locker room hot tubs and showers can really use more attention - as they are rather dirty. Also it would be nice if they opened the outside pool cafe area with snack and drinks
