I started training with Tj Michael few months ago. Back during covid before I got my shot I did virtual trainings and they were awesome! Since those days I have gone in since I've gotten my vaccine. It's absolutely fantastic to work in person as well and he is as well and since he has all the gym equipment he needs it makes it much easier on me as well. Whether you do virtually or in person he does an amazing job but I do have to say I like in-person better. TJ Michael has been fantastic. He tailors all the workouts to exactly what I need. When I first started with him I had major back problems to where I couldn't even walk. Now hes helped me slowly get my back "back in shape", haha! Every week we go over our new exercise routine. It's fantastic too because it doesn't strain my back at all but it helps me strengthen all the muscles that I need it's just that I need to keep my back loose and my hips free. My wife also goes to see Tj as she wants to build muscle and keep lean. We have very different workouts which shows me he is very versatile! That brings me to his professionalism and respect. Tj likes to get measurements so he can keep track of your progress. He doesn't require it though. We both wanted to do it though and he made the whole process so easy. He was very respectful and had us help measure so we were more comfortable. He is the best! His level of professionalism and fantastic listening skills far exceeded our expectations. He also hears everything you have to say and need that you have and he'll tailor the experience to you. When you go in you'll have an initial evaluation and then he'll come up with a starting routine and he'll go over everything with you before you start to make sure everything sounds okay to you. This pre-professional ballet studio is unique in that fear and brutality are NOT part of the curriculum. The cafe never really sticks to its hours. Half of the gym is a day care. Equipment is way too close together. There is ONLY ONE SHOULDER MACHINE. I could really go on and on. Paying for the second most expensive gym in the entire area #1 being lifetime which I can actually get behind. I am truly disappointed. Please fix your prices are upgrade the gym because they do not add up.

As a parent I fully appreciate the catering to kids AND I wonder if there's a way to do this so kids don't take over the entire gym. This takeover is both physically with the kids being everywhere and also the overall atmosphere. For example, if you eat at the bistro you will hear preschool staff openly talk about children and sharing private information. Don't they have an office to discuss sensitive matters or conduct their new staff training? If I was the parent of any of the kids they are discussing I would be horrified. This is a small community, privacy with child matters should be taken seriously. I have used their drop off daycare (separate from their preschool) and we found the staff to be severely under trained. We are beginning to look at all our options in the area and there are many, so if you are on the fence about joining do know this gym is not what it used to be and therefore shopping around to others is recommended.
