My mistake, I was running behind. They could have turned me away, but they were extremely nice and took the time to walk me through the new guest paperwork and show me where the weights were. They never made me feel bad for being a little late or for needing to take a breather during my first 60m class. These classes are tough! But the people who work there are a delight.

I started training with Tj Michael few months ago. Back during covid before I got my shot I did virtual trainings and they were awesome! Since those days I have gone in since I've gotten my vaccine. It's absolutely fantastic to work in person as well and he is as well and since he has all the gym equipment he needs it makes it much easier on me as well. Whether you do virtually or in person he does an amazing job but I do have to say I like in-person better. TJ Michael has been fantastic. He tailors all the workouts to exactly what I need. When I first started with him I had major back problems to where I couldn't even walk. Now hes helped me slowly get my back "back in shape", haha! Every week we go over our new exercise routine. It's fantastic too because it doesn't strain my back at all but it helps me strengthen all the muscles that I need it's just that I need to keep my back loose and my hips free. My wife also goes to see Tj as she wants to build muscle and keep lean. We have very different workouts which shows me he is very versatile! That brings me to his professionalism and respect. Tj likes to get measurements so he can keep track of your progress. He doesn't require it though. We both wanted to do it though and he made the whole process so easy. He was very respectful and had us help measure so we were more comfortable. He is the best! His level of professionalism and fantastic listening skills far exceeded our expectations. He also hears everything you have to say and need that you have and he'll tailor the experience to you. When you go in you'll have an initial evaluation and then he'll come up with a starting routine and he'll go over everything with you before you start to make sure everything sounds okay to you. We will be seeing Tj for a long time indeed! See you soon, Tj!

We relocated 8 years ago from Los Gatos, CA and were referred to Sultanov Ballet Academy by the Los Gatos Ballet. We loved our studio and the performances; we were looking for what we had in California. Well, we found it and it came with sound instruction and discipline which resulted in amazing productions! Both my son and daughter attended Sultanov for the last 8 years and have danced in numerous Nutcracker Performances and wonderful spring performances such as Swan Lake and Don Quixote. Artur Sultanov works closely with the students and offers private classes which further develop their skills for advanced roles in performances and the opportunity to compete in dance competitions. We attended both YAGP and ADC IBC dance completions which resulted in attending nationals in both Tampa and New York. The training our children received at SBA developed them to go on to other opportunities, both dancing at their schools working toward higher education in dance. This gym is fine for machines. There really are no nice amenities except for a sauna and steam…read moreroom. No pool or racquetball courts, like LA Fitness has. I've been coming here for a year. I didn't want to write a review until I really had some time to reflect. I took one Saturday boot camp class but got turned off. It was fun until I got to the back room, run by a big, bald guy (Deshawn, I think?) who thought it would be fun to embarrass me by obnoxiously shouting out, "Let's go, Gossip Girl!!" All I was doing was asking my neighbor what to do since he certainly didn't explain what he wanted. Just assumed. Imagine how I felt being new at the gym and a first-timer at boot camp. He walks around with a constant pissy look on his face, always looking at his phone, playing with his keys, or in his office (third one on the left), looking at his monitor. The other trainers are very nice and pleasant but there constantly new faces in there so that tells me a lot Then, of course, you have your typical creepy, old man gym-rat, who struts around like he owns the gym, refuses to clean his machines, and mansplains to women how to use THEIR machines LOL. Yep, ladies, he's there! I took a few of their Zumba classes. The instructors are very nice but they barely play Latin music or demonstrate any type of Latin dance steps. So the Zumba classes are basically just aerobic classes. Still a workout. Also, the vertical blinds in there have been broken FOREVER and the sun comes right in, making that room VERY hot. The Dance Jam class is fun! The instructor is fit and has MORE Zumba moves and Latin music than their actual Zumba classes. That's the only class I'd recommend. Cleanliness - it's pretty clean in most places. I did watch a trainer "cleaning" the treadmills last week and he skipped over the nasty cup holders completely on ALL of them. Also - the front doors are disgustingly filthy on the outside. Haven't been cleaned in at least a year. Just sayin'. Helpful hint - wipe down your machines BEFORE you touch them. Most of the people do NOT clean up their sweaty machines when they're done.

Since 24HF has senior fitness classes on the days that my community center doesn't, I decided to go. I'm older and use the One Pass that comes with Medicare Insurance. When I approached the classroom where the senior fitness classes are taught, I was appalled at how crowded it was. There were at least 50 people in the room, possibly more. There wasn't enough room to move around without smacking the person next to you. I told The downstairs person (who was working alone and running all over the gym doing other duties). He told me that they are allowed 60 people in that class. I asked if they check to make sure every person is reserved? And they don't. Yes, I get my membership for free. But before Covid I paid around $700/a year for my membership and that would really piss me off to try to go to a class that was not being managed as far as reservations and overcrowding go. I think I'm going to look into a different gym for my extra workout workouts.

I'm extremely excited for them to open up their second studio in the East. This location is so easy to find, and parking is a breeze. Classes here are generally 45 minutes, and they're slowly integrating beginner and mobility workshops. They're such a great group of beautiful talented trainers who support you through out the entire class. It's like a group personal training session if you've never had the opportunity to experience a Reformer's Pilates class. The trainers really know their anatomy and teach you how to properly engage your muscles with proper form and technique. They're also so wonderful at taking feedback and really want what's best for you, so if you ever have any ideas on things you want to see in the studio, they're all ears. Every one of my friends who I've brought here have been hooked on the intensity, the tribe vibes, and technicality of the variety of classes they offer. They get to know you individually and your strengths & weaknesses to make sure that you're doing what's most optimal for your body, there's always variations that they provide if you have physical limitations. So it's super important to communicate that to your trainer so you can get the most out of your session. The facility itself is beautiful and always so clean, even with all the foot traffic this studio receives. I love that they have toiletries in the restroom for you to freshen up with after class. & the theragun is so therapeutic after the sweat sesh. If you're looking for some motivation and a great community to be surrounded by, I highly recommend checking this studio out.

Membership was raised and at this point if we can't swim for the summer as a family its likely we will be looking into other family gyms such as Lifetime or Villa sport.... Hopefully the management will change their minds- its clearly a cost issue, but in the long run may make things worse if more families choose to cancel their memberships. On the gym side of things I find the gym equipment and track nice but locker room hot tubs and showers can really use more attention - as they are rather dirty. Also it would be nice if they opened the outside pool cafe area with snack and drinks
