Being a Clash fan and understanding that Joe Strummer has long passed away, headed to the Flying Squirrel. It is a unique space with a barbershop, motorcycle shop and a coffee house sharing the establishment. And I liked that there was plenty of free street parking. The latte was good...pretty standard latte. Unfortunately none of the characters were around during my short visit. It was a positive coffee experience and hope to run into some of the characters the next time I am in the area.

I didn't know what to expect with the Cycle World Superstore. Cycle World Superstore is not the same company as the old Cycle World, but they definitely cater to all your bikey needs as one of the larger motorcycle shops on the east end. They have a LOT of gear. Not only sportsbike gear, but cruiser gear as well. If you are a dude that wants to be decked out in all black everything, you won't be disappointed! The woman's section is well organized by size and they had some nice jackets. I saw a few older model jackets that I didn't expect to be kicking around (like 5 years old) I didn't see some of the newer jackets I wanted to try on, but it only takes a few days to order it in. I wasn't as impressed with their boot and glove selection though. However, they they had a great selection of helmets, if you like Shoei (yay) and Icon helmets (meh). A more limited selection of Arai helmets though. They had ladies Suomy helmets which actually really surprised me. So shiny and blingy! As for the bike showroom, it was much larger than expected and packed full of used bikes. They had a good range of beginner bikes and larger bikes, and a surprisingly large number of cruisers. They keep the super sports bikes at the front of the store. I found the service here helpful, but you have to do some work too. Prices are average, but I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of you. Great shop!

Full service location that services what they sell. Today was their grand opening. Well organized, a great selection of vehicles, and accessories. The store is well staffed and they are open every day of the week. I was impressed with the diversity of vehicles and was looking specifically at the more balanced vehicles (4 wheels) as I have a balance issue. Easily accessible location, friendly knowledgeable folk, and easy to find a restaurant to eat at afterwards as it is close to many restaurants nearby.

The bike was finally finished a month a later with a bill of $1137. I had to constantly call him and ask for the status every few days and he would tell me he will call back and literally never did. This is a warning, this has been the WORST service I have ever received for anything. Ill be honest, they found out the rear axle was bent and needed a new part which costs more + time (fair enough), but he didn't even call me to tell me. Literally, terrible service and you have to bug this guy to find out what's going on (which no one wants to do). I would never recommend anyone going here (I have 5 dirt bikes and a bunch of friends with bikes for reference, I was warned prior but I needed work done quickly). Take the risk at your own cost, this guy is a joke.

I'm really happy about the level of service here. 5 our of 8 of my tail light bulbs have been out…read moreforever, mostly due to the fact that I can't find the correct bulbs in the stores (no thanks to you, Canadian Tire). Something about the fact that it's an old German car, and that the lights have serial numbers like P21/W, and the ones in the stores have serial number lik 7605. Yes. So finding the right lights required going into the system, realizing the system was wrong, then taking out the bulb and painstakingly comparing them with the ones in the package. The service guy was happy to help me with this and I was finally able to drive away with that nagging error light off in my dashboard. Prices are on par with everywhere else, and in general, I'm usually able to find everything I need for my '96 import.
