I was not pushed to buy products, but willingly chose 2 items (shampoo/conditioner) from pureology. This particular line is a bit pricier than other products, but Brianna explained which products would work for my hair. She answered all my questions and explained thoroughly how to use the products. About two weeks later, I booked a micro blonde appointment. A week after I booked it, I was told my time slot had already been taken by another client. I was flexible and moved it to the next day, but it meant taking time off work. Then, the morning of the appointment, I got a text that I'd need to cancel and reschedule because Molly was under the weather. At that point, a quick phone call would have been nice! When I finally got in, the color appointment went really well. I'm sticking with blonde and she did it in a way that's super low maintenance, which I appreciate.
