The salon area is nice and big with the waiting area in the center and there is no strong salon smell due to the openness of the space. Comfy couches, a small retail area with trendy clothes, candles, and accessories - everything you don't need but will definitely want! The coffee and tea station had coffee but no cups and didn't appear 'stocked', so I wasn't sure if that was for customers or staff only. However, we were offered waters when we checked in. Front desk is not attended at times but it seems everyone helps jump in when needed. The stylists seem to love the owner and the opportunities she gives them. So happy we found this salon with great people and service!

I don't have the time to do my brows every day like I used to. So after getting them done, I'm beyond thrilled that I can wake up with brows! Emily is such a gem. She is very professional and a perfectionist as well. She really took her time with mapping out my brows and also making sure that I was happy with the shape. She also was very informative and walked me through each step before, during, and after. Love how she also checked up on how my brows were healing too. She is so proud of her work and it shows! My luck was definitely with me today! I'd been struggling to find a stylist in my new home area,…read moreand after waiting until my hair was an utter disaster I came upon Milieu Salon and read great reviews for Leslie - one of the owners. I called today, imagining I'd have to book weeks ahead (turns out that's usually the case), but this day Leslie happened to have a cancellation that I could make. Lucky me! Leslie did a great job on my hair, and was a wealth of information and encouragement for me as a newcomer to the area besides. I don't think I've ever had someone ask such good questions and talk me through what my options were so clearly up front. Then she was fast and sure with her scizzors and gave pointers on how to maintain (or further improve) my look. (She gives a great scalp massage besides!) I left looking great and feeling like a princess - despite the grueling few days I've had. I want to add, what I was not paying for but is worth so much to me, is how she made me feel so welcomed. Leslie is a wonderful stylist, and, a generous person besides! Finally, the full salon experience - from the other staff, to the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the gorgeous natural lighting, and the products they used - was top notch. Kudos to the owners! I found my new salon! Highly recommend.
