She was professional and competent on the phone, so I felt confident she could achieve what I was hoping for. I had colored my hair red from blonde a couple of months ago and was hoping to get back to blonde. I used color oops on my hair to remove most of the color. When I went in my hair was super orange. Caily came up with a plan for my hair based on the photo I showed her and got to work. It turned out perfect! Actually better than I had hoped. I am super happy! Aside from the hair, Caily is personable, professional and easy to talk with. She made great recommendations without pushing products. I really appreciated the level of service I received today. Noone answered but on message says I think Sun Mon are for appointment only and if need appointment to text. So I did. On a Friday where open until 8 and do believe I texted like 3 stating noticed them would like an appointment for haircut on Saturday and about a hour later a reply with let me check the schedule. I thought great plenty of time in day still can get appointment, and right at 8 when closing I get a text that no nothing Sat would I like another day? WHAT?? I replied nicely no thank you but I think it deserves a 2 only because at least I got a reply but is that how you do business? This totally made me irritated thinking giving appointment to others before me...idk just not a good feeling and after reading ripped a ladies hair out combing through it ...I will take it as a sign and move along to cute place down road ! Thank you for saving me from what I'm sure would have been a rushed crumby cut kinda like their reply.

My stylist genuinely listened to what I wanted, which I really appreciated. I do have blonde hair that tends to turn brassy very quickly, and unfortunately that happened again after my visit, which was a bit disappointing. I also felt like a lot of product was used in my hair, which came across a little like a push to purchase more products -- that was really my only negative. That said, my haircut was absolutely perfect, the prices are reasonable, and I would definitely go back. The first time she cut my hair, she actually listened to me and did exactly what I asked. That was amazing. After a while, I began to trust her judgement and it's always been great. Long, short, in between, we've done it all over the years. I always, always get compliments on my cut and color. Even hair stylists compliment me and ask me who does my hair. One time I was in a TV commercial and someone called my employer wanting to know who did "that lady's hair in the commercial." I had to call her and give her Kelli's number. In 2005 we moved to Gig Harbor and I still drive up to Everett once a month for Kelli to do my hair. She does my mother's hair and is very patient and kind to her. My husband used to get his haircut by her, too, before we moved. After all these years, she still stays on top of the trends and keeps me looking current with the styles.
