She walked me through the process and it turned out great. She told me she had about a month left of her program and graduates in November! Booking online is super easy and I've never had trouble making an appointment or rescheduling. I've actually booked 15 minutes before a cut because I was desperate and they had plenty of availabilities, but they do recommend you reschedule 24 hours in advance. I'm extremely impressed with the friendliness, service, and atmosphere here. It is clean and modern, smells good, and has a comfy waiting area. Because the stylists are in school, they have a supervisor check the cuts to make sure you like them at the end which is something I appreciate. Prices are extremely affordable- $18 includes a cut, wash, condition, and style. If you are a student and show your ID, it's an extra 10% off.
