I felt awful about it, but he never once seemed annoyed or frustrated. He just walked me through everything -- how certain designs age, what would hold up, what wouldn't -- and he put me completely at ease. That's why I went straight back to him when I lost Barley, my dog and my first baby. I trusted him. We ended up going in a totally different direction than what I originally planned, and he adapted without hesitation. He took what I brought in and made it even more personal and meaningful. The process was emotional, but honestly healing, and I'm grateful he was the one guiding me through it. The tattoo he created is exactly what I hoped for: delicate, clean, fine line work that will age well. He's thorough, informative, and incredibly skilled. More than that, he's steady and patient in a way that makes you feel taken care of during something meaningful. I'm really grateful he was part of this.

I went in and there were like 8 guys laughing at something and didn't talk to me or pay attention that I was there even though they could see me. I wait a bit longer and still no answer. finally texted me like 2 weeks later and he said oh I forgot. I feel like this was very simple, but I don't do tattoos, so i don't know for sure. But when I got eventually this tattoo at another studio it took about 40 minutes and that was with color and more intricate. I'm not saying they don't have good employees there, just confused by my experience.
