I had an appointment with a floating artist,who is not always at their shop. This shop is very unassuming from the street bit once you climb the stairs you know it's a cool place. It's very clean and calm with art on every inch of wall space. The artist were all very professional and polite as they welcomed in each costumer. My tattoo artist did a beautiful job creating my personalized flower tattoo. I will be following her to her next temporary home until she finds a permanent location. read more

I was eagerly anticipating getting a tattoo at this shop. It has been 10 years since I got a tattoo and this shop was right around the corner and many of the artist there did the style I wanted. Unfortunately, that never materialized. I had emailed them for a consultation, and the artist responded to my ideas. However, he never got back to me. I waited a week, but still, nothing. Finally, I visited the shop, and the artist I had in mind was there. I discussed my idea with him, and his response was, "Let me ask around and see who else wants it." It was incredibly frustrating that the artist I had chosen didn't even want to work with me. I never received any further communication from any of the artists. It's been almost two weeks, and I still haven't heard anything. I understand that some ideas may not align with the artist's vision, but I expected them to show some professionalism and inform me that it wasn't something they were interested in. Very disappointed with the quality of service at this shop. read more

Alyssa did a couple tiny tattoos for me and she was an absolute joy to work with! She made me feel so comfortable and I was honored to be her client. Very easy to talk to, funny, and made me excited about my tattoos! I love tiny tattoos, but I've been to shops that make me feel kinda dumb for getting them. This was NOT the case. Getting my first tatto, I reached out to Meagan at FST. She was awesome. She walked me through the booking process with ease and made an incredible design that was exactly what I wanted. The shop was cool and clean, with a very relaxed vibe. Everyone there was nice and it was clear that it was more of a community of artists than just a conglomeration of tattooists. April did an absolutely stellar job on my half sleeve. I'm so in love with it. I came in for my first session with April with an existing tattoo that was very blacked out and flat looking. I don't have a picture of the old tattoo without the film on it, but you can see it was really dark, lacking detail and personality. April managed to totally bring it to life. She was very attentive to what I wanted in the consultation but still brought her own artistic flair to the piece. It looks better than I ever could have expected! Nice shop, everyone is friendly and personable. Fun decorations, good music, and a relaxed but still professional atmosphere. The pricing is very reasonable and for the level of quality you're getting, it's honestly a steal. I got so many compliments on my tattoo after the first session. We just finished up the second session and I love it even more. After showing my friends the pictures from this latest session, they all want to book with her too! I can't recommend this shop enough. It was easy to schedule an appointment (I did mine via email and you should check the website to see how each artist prefers to schedule). Prices were fair and the work is amazing. Tried to setup an appointment with 2 different artist. They both explained to me that they only do one specific type of tattoo. They both referred me to a third artist. I have sent 3 emails to this third artist and attempted to call. I get no response. I have heard many good things about this shop but unfortunately they have horrible customer service. So I had my few experiences with this place, a few months ago I dropped off a friend at this place that had an appointment which he said it didn't take long to make, a few weeks later I decided to stop by and try to make an appointment and the lady up front said I had to call to make an appointment, I tired calling 3 days in a row, tried calling at different times and left few voicemails and no callback, waited a few more days and called again only this time it sounded like people where picking up the phone and hanging up, a few days passed and my buddy wanted to get work done again and had no issue with going in and making an appointment over there, as he told me, I tried once again and denied at the door, I'm a really positive person and I feel like I don't give bad vibes at all (at least I've been told) and I was acting super nice whenever I went in and tried to make the appointment, so at this point I knew they just don't want my business, artist at this place, please stop flattering yourselves, you guys might be good artist but if you don't want to tattoo someone just say it, don't give people false hope and make them waste their time, but also another note I feel it's a little racially motivated that they don't return my calls or let me make an appointment in person, I have a friend that's a brown boy like me and couldn't get an appointment a few months ago as well I just though he couldn't he and appointment because it was so busy but seeing my white friend being able to just go up to the door and make an appointment which also I think is stupid they told me to call to make an appointment after I was already there, but whatever, if you're lucky to get a spot great, but if you're not able, start considering other possibilities because this tattoo shop has probably Leonardo DaVinci or Van Gogh and they don't have time for brown boys like us, just save your minutes and try to find regular artist read more
